This just popped up in my feed and ironically, we have been having a heat wave out here in the west. Been over 100F, some places like Palm Springs have been over 120F. Hopefully, this hot weather will be over soon. Can’t really work on any projects outside until the weather cools down.
It’s been a hot week here in Maine but it looks like the heat has broken today. Regarding that vine on your property .. as you may know it appears to be invasive bittersweet. A terrible, quickly growing vine .. basically kudzu of the north. I’ve seen it blanket a canopy of trees along the interstate. I first noticed it in my yard about ten years ago, and keep after it wherever I see new shoots popping up.
Won't be long before I need to break out my AC. It's about 80 right now here and forecast to get hotter. I 've barely slept in the past 2 days. I used to love summer when I was younger but now I hate it.

Yeah that's what it is. it's so hard to get rid of and I don't want to use chemicals to get rid of it
