- a little week in my life here in seoul as korea slooooowly inches towards autumn. i think right after i leave we're supposed to get some rain and then poof, autumn weather lol. these past few weeks have been filled with a lot of friends which im so thankful for so even though it means jumbled footage, i hope you can feel a little healing power from this too. sending lots of love as always!

having something to look forward to is really really effective (for me). when I was in a really bad place (mentally) a few years ago, what kept me going was having something to look forward to. It could be as simple as 'i'm looking forward to my mom's cooking when I go back home after work' and 'a new episode of the series I'm watching'. But now, I have forgotten about it and have been feeling really stagnant and just low 'vibrations' (energy & spiritually speaking) and only remembered about it after watching this video. Thank you so much Cari for that. :'D
And I just also watched your latest video. I just wanna say, you don't have to apologize for your vlogs. today was one of those days when i was just overwhelmed from work and feeling like i failed to meet my own expectations. so i went home, took a nap, and had a good meal while watching cari's vlogs. it honestly helped so much. the simplest joys are the best ❤

The fact that you brought up Thanatology right away is crazy but I am so grateful for the recommendation. My grandfather very unexpectedly passed away two days ago, and my family and myself are (as expected) struggling to cope with the grief. Your vlogs have helped calm me down the last couple of days. So i listened to the vlog after you recommended it to me in comment and it really truly did help me. A warm hug really is the best description i could ever give it. I dont cry and i bawled!! I hope you have a good time in America for a month!!! The art at the Cafe you got the blueberry pie in was stunning! Yeah i knew you would need some decompression days and it was truthfully very hard for me to get back to my normal after my dads passing. Its not a normal timeline honestly take care of you sweetie!! Your doing the things you can do without thinking your body just focuses on what is needed so you can take time!!

Ologies is very dear to my heart as well and when I listened to that ep. l was weirdly also on a night walk. Had to breathe a bit so I didn't cry. By sharing all of this I really feel like Alie has given us a gift and I'll try not to forget the lessons of that episode. I hope your recommending it spreads the lessons even further.
