It needs to be established early on in the believers walk. Or His place gets filled up by good works etc, and none of this compares to the Joy of Him. To me, it IS the believer's life. 🔥🔥🔥

I heard somebody say that we get hungry, we eat and then we're satisfied. The beauty about God is that the more you eat from Him the hungrier you get. So drink and from Him and Word and you will experience more hunger and desire for Him... The desire to be with Him sets the atmosphere to host His Presence. Like when somebody invites a friend over. The coming away to be with Him sets His Presence as the focal point. Like a very important appointment for a job interview where there's only the interviewer and the interviewed. The adoration is like the intro to a song or like the kneading of the dough before you let it REST so then you can bake it.
"if you snuggle you'll never struggle" how about Job? Or Jesus crying with loud cries? The answer is sometimes in worship and sometimes in loud bitter cries out to God

Yes it is possible to become perfect, it is the reason why the Christ died and Rose again, to bring forth perfect sons and daughters of God. the Holy Spirit purifiers you by circumcising the sinful nature and the things pertaining to The flesh, so that we are made complete in Christ. to rise above all flesh, the masculine and the feminine where there is no masculine or feminine for there is no gender in the kingdom of God, the male and female do not exist for we are all one in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. Todd White has spoken and said many times, that he is without fear, perfect love drives out all fear, if he is without fear then he has been made perfect by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Often the presence of the Lord is discovered through reading His word.
He is talking about the rhema word, the now word, yes like he said you only get that now word in His presence, I have experienced this really.
