Tom had always been saying that he didn't really need a companion after Liz Sladen left, so Philip Hinchcliffe and Robert Holmes deliberately added in that moment of him talking to the camera, just to prove to him that he did need a companion, because he needed someone to talk to.
At last,Arthur! A genuine 'not knowing what happens next' reaction :) I've had the pleasure of meeting Louise Jameson a couple of times. Once at a convention;and once socially (purely by chance). Her hair is now white, but she's still radiantly beautiful.
I met Louise at a signing in Barking, London, 2004, I had my daughter Samantha with me, because Samantha was only 5 at the time I was allowed to jump the Que and go in the shop early, we brief chat and as we left Samantha said ''Bye Leela'' It was so sweet, priceless.
I've watched quite a few of your videos over Christmas and I must say, they're utterly brilliant. You are a really lovely, witty young lady. Some of the comments you make are priceless....hope you get onto doing the Peter Davison ones soon. Keep up the good work.
This is a great story. Plus, I realise that memories of her costume tend to predominate but, leaving that aside for one moment, Leela really is gorgeous. And, yes, brutal sometimes but, you know, in a good way.
You've already seen "The Mind of Evil" so now it's "The Face of Evil." Did you notice the tribe of Sevateem and written on the wall was Survey Team 6? Yes Leela is pretty vicious (and very pretty).

I really love Leela as well. She's a very unique character.
No screaming wallflower,is she?

Two of the actors in this were also in The War Games. Neeva was the German General and Caleb was one of the American Civil War soldiers.
started going a bit mad? Tom is mad as a hatter thats why we love him so!
Ooh, I like this one, never seen it before! Good to have you back.

I really like the Face of Evil! It's great fun. 😀
The deadly jelly baby scene was Tom's idea but I think he's disowned it a bit. It's got some enough great lines in it already.
Louise Jamieson would go on to be in Tenko,Bergerac and Eastenders🎩
Pete Beal got shot with an arrow in this, too!
Great reaction as always this is a good one welcome back to reactions after so long 😀
Yay... we've reached the arrival of Leela!!!

Hello, Leela!!!
I wonder if there really is an out-of-work actress called Janis Thorne, resentful about the use of her name. It's a long time ago...
You will definitely like Leela. Takes no shit from anyone
That face on the mountain! It's hideous! Oh, wait...
Finally blind reactions again!!!
