Yesterday, the best episode of gmw aired, I cried and cried and cried, because my little pumpkin Maya Hart cried and cried and cried.
Okay, I'm gonna be serious now. Girl Meets The Forgiveness Project was amazing! I loved it! It was a lesson I hadn't learn yet, so I was really excited. And it was mind blowing. The episode taught me so much, and Sabrina's acting was so real and breathtaking.Besides that, Maya Hart is my absolutely favorite character ever, and to see her like that broke my heart. Her dad came back, they talked and (thank god) she didn't forgive him. He was gone for nine years.. And I mean, she's almost 15 now. He left her when she was a little kid and now he has a new family and all. He meant he wasn't ready. Hello? Your daughter was already five years old, you can't be ready five years long and suddenly you aren't. I don't know what I should think of Kermit Hart yet. Maybe he Comes back and we´ll see more of him and Maya. I just wanted to say that I cried, and cried, and cried, because Sabrina was amazing, she is a big part of the lesson and a big part of why I learned something.
AND OH MY GOD THE CORY/MAYA HUG!!!!
It was so cute and so amazing. I know, Maya starts to see Shawn more as a father figure than Cory. But, let's be real, Cory is the real father figure in Maya's life. He taughts her so much and is always there for her and her mum. Cory Matthews is the best father figure you could wish for!
I also loved Riley in the episode. She was so cute and quirky like how we know her. And I'm glad that Riley Matthews is back, I actually couldn't stand her in Texas. Even though, after Maya, she's my favorite girl on the show. (And yes Lucaya fans, I fangirled because he comforted her. Of course, I did.)

I think lifetime should take over and make this into something great like really focus on how broken maya is and make Lucas inner violence reflect and how Riley feels the pressure to always be perfect

I think its Lucas who feels pressured to be perfect hence the name "Mr. Perfect" except he's not always perfect( slamming billy against the gym wall, slamming the other guy against the wall, and whatever he did back in texas) Riley as we already know is insecure.

for some reason I notice that in like 2 episodes Riley or Lucas have to say something about mayas life and its not kind because riley once said "its because she has a horrible life" and then Lucas says something about Maya and her family having to get better in girl meets creativity and a friend shouldn't do that my opinion
maya and riley both make jokes about things they shouldn't its apart of growing up theyre suppose to make mistakes

@shaylene melong sometimes humor is the easiest way to deal with things. Riley didn't say anything wrong she wasn't even making a joke she was saying because her life is bad she can get to a deeper place thats just the way it is.

Everyone pushed maya too the point of talking to her father which made her go into a darker place that
She tried so hard not to go
When Riley saw that lucas was tring to help maya Riley got jealous and blamed maya for not being herself
When lucas realized his mistake in mentioning mayas father he tried to fix his own mistake
Riley just pushed maya deeper into her own depression while stealing Lucas back from maya
Yes Riley did step back for maya in girl meets texas but later on things changed
For the worst for maya so she had put all her attention into josh not just that but also the fact that maya was
Showing her teachers that she was tired of being called a failure so she started trying Riley noticed this and wanted her best friend back into the
"bad girl' she once was
Finally someone said it. I was so angry at Riley for that whole "you've become me" like girl she isn't as naive, loopy or clumsy as u. She is her own person. And also there was nothing wrong with her progressing in her school work, why should she always stay the bad girl, wasn't it Riley who wanted Maya to have hope and enjoy life. When Maya finally starts doing that, Riley suddenly doesn't like it and wants her to go back to how she was. Fr😭 this why is my favorite character Maya, maybe more than Riley herself.
