I’ve reused the head bolts in almost every Cummins I have rebuilt, not that I like doing that but it what my boss has always told me to do. I argued with him about it at first but at the end of the day he writes my paycheck lol. Haven’t ran into any issues from it yet though. But those in your video I would definitely replace too
