We just placed our order from Dr. Alan for the Osaki OS-4000T yesterday. We're super excited to receive it & Dr. Alan has been really, really helpful & friendly throughout the entire purchase process.
My boss has one in his office and i tried it for the first time yesterday. It was really painful! But it was like a good ouch if you know what i mean lol
Broad shoulders can be problematic. I've seen it many times in our showrooms. The 4000T is a workhorse, though. Great, durable chair. They have been recently discontinued, but it has been a tough chair for so long. dr. w.
Lifesaver621 Thanks for your very good question. When you turn the chair on and the ottoman automatically extends, wait for it to retract and then push with your toes against the top of the foot massager. There are sensors built in that, when you push with your toes, will stop the retraction of the ottoman to the correct length for you. If you miss it, then just use the ottoman extension button on the remote and do it manually. I hope this helps. dr. w.
+antoine a Thank you for your question. Please call Osaki at 888-848-2630 to have them diagnose the problem over the phone for you. They will know what is wrong. dr. w.
You FUCKED IT UP man... Can't take care of shit. Even these "Chinese Chairs" as he says won't last around you. You Keep breaking shit man. RIP that fuckin warranty now damnit. 💪😂👌
Is this a Robust brand or are all the $2,000-$3,000 dollar massage chair Chinese manufacturers pretty much the same as far as quality & is there a more tried & true one particular brand that has a Strong reputation as far as longevity of life through normal use, Thank You Doctor for your time.
Thanks for your inquiry. Most chairs that are produced in one of the larger manufacturing plants in China are of decent quality in that price range. The 4000T is an older model and is road tested for sure. Most of the Osaki Titan chairs, as well as the Infinity brand and uKnead chairs and Human Touch chairs, in that price range are similar in quality, life expectancy, and failure rates. dr. w.
Hi, Mohamad. Thanks for your inquiry. The OS-4000T does NOT have an extended roller track that hits the buttocks and thighs. It has the traditional S-track roller system that goes down to about the top of the buttocks/pelvis. However, the new OS-4000LS has the extended roller track (L-track). You can see that chair here... www.massage-chair-relief.com/massage-chairs/osaki/osaki-os-4000ls-massage-chair/ There are now plenty of L-track options in the $3K price range. I hope this helps. Dr. W.
Hi Doctor, Thanks a lot. I like the OS -4000LS however my wife is afraid it's strong on her, she liked a lot the Titan pro-8400, is the 4000LS strength wise the same?
Mohamad, I have not sat on the 4000LS to know of it's intensity level. I can suggest the Infinity Escape, which is our most mild, least intense L-track massage chair. Here is the link for that model. www.massage-chair-relief.com/massage-chairs/infinity-5-star-comfort/infinity-escape/ We have that model in our Southern California showroom and consider it a very good L-track option for the price and for folks who like a more gentle massage. dr. w.
@@Ravenz4 I receive nothing from the massage chair companies except when we sell a chair on our website or in one of our showrooms. I get no compensation from anyone for making these videos. Osaki is a Japanese-sounding word that is used by a US company as it's name, perhaps to make it appear as though their chairs are Japanese (they could answer than better than I). The vast majority of their chairs, including the OS-4000T, are made in China and imported to the US with the Osaki Titan label on them. Osaki is NOT a Japanese company; it is a US company headquartered in Dallas, TX. I hope this clarifies. dr. w.

Do the ottoman rollers stop at a specific length when scanning your legs? Mine dont and retract to a closed length position

Hi Doctor,

Thank you

This is Dr. Weidner. How can I assist you?
Alan Weidner do you receive any commission?

Alan Weidner if you have a showroom, make promotional videos and earn a commission, that’s called sales and marketing. The DR title is just a lure
