Great job, and a tip, stay on the ground even longer, even if you reach the other side of the runway's landing markers. Rotate only passing 150 kts GROUND SPEED and maintain 1500-2000 fpm until you pass 180 kts (IAS). Hope this helps!

Just a quick tip from a real life pilot. The a350 is a mega beast, don't use that heavy amount of trim, with a 20% would be more than ok. IRL these flights depart with an almost TO/GA engine power and a really low v/s. once the desired speed is approached, the ac is uppered to higher levels of cruise. Moreover, a Vr of 180-190kts would be the ideal to rotate this monster. Take care and great video!
