Passphrases have been very important to me in using BIP-39. I'm still confused about how to achieve the same functionality with SLIP-39.

When you launch your wallet in Trezor Suite, you have the option of entering a passphrase instead of the standard wallet. You can type it in from within the Trezor suite, or you can actually use the option to enter it directly on your device, which is more secure. They call this the hidden wallet. But it's basically just the implementation of a passphrase. Some people refer to the passphrase as the 25th word. which is not really accurate or helpful. But that's the way some people think about it. I guess in the case of a 20 word backup phrase you would refer to it as the 21st word.

Over complicating things for me . Much prefer stamping the whole word on a piece of titanium and keeping in a titanium case . .

Sounds good for DYI. I personally don't have access to titanium and a stamper. So I prefer a turnkey solution. Unless you know of a product that gives you all the tools you'll need for stamping out complete words on titanium.

@@CryptoDad Here in UK Titanium plates are cheap and easily had from Ebay or Ali Baba . SecuX has the products required .

Don't like at all. Overkill, overpriced and overshilled but I guess if you got one for free you're going to sing its praises

Lol...sounds like you don't have much crypto to back up.
