This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear today. I've been a follower of Abraham hicks for a while now and kinda fell off the "band wagon" as she might have said. Let me TELL you, THIS stuff is SUPER powerful and does work! I think the challenge is sifting and sorting negative emotions and feelings and not focusing on them or obsessing over them, but instead like she says, reach for the better feeling thought. But theirs no "wrong" way of going through life, and you will eventually find your balance, so be easy on yourself. I'm saying all this because I used this stuff like a religion where as it's supposed to be light and fun along the way, just remember that. 🙏🏻😁
Re-training my mind and my thoughts and, getting my vibrations to change is not for the faint of heart, but it is just so true and so powerful that I really want to stay the course, man I would love to meet with them in person!
