Dubai is a great place. However, the overall quality of houses needs to be improved. I've visited a few villas, and the quality is very average or lower than that of European real estate. There are lots of expensive elements, and yet the finishing of the house ruins it all.

Price per sq feet is computed wrong for the second property in the list - Park Central. 845k for 760 sq ft of area is 1.11k per sq not 913
