Hansen Leadership Institute 2023 Informational Session

The Hansen Leadership Institute (HLI) is a #free 3-week #leadershipdevelopment program hosted at the University of San Diego that brings together a small cohort of ~20 future leaders from across the world. Hansen Fellows are selected for training as future change-makers to promote world peace and international cooperation. This information webinar hosted by 2023 fellows is aimed at providing invaluable guidance to individuals planning to apply for the program.
Our esteemed fellows, equipped with first-hand experience, share insights, tips, and practical advice to help prospective applicants navigate the application process successfully.
Eligibility
All Applicants:
20-25 years old on July 1, 2024
Undergraduate with 2 years of college/university or graduate student + international relations, diplomacy, international economic development, etc. interest
Demonstrated leadership potential outside of the classroom in the community, nation or region.
International Applicants:
Academic adviser verify candidate’s English proficiency
Have a valid international passport
Preference will be given to those who have never visited the United States
Do not need a U.S. visa to apply for the program
Application deadlines:
January 15, 2024 for international applicants
March 15, 2024 for U.S. applicants
