I like the subtle, little luxury touches here. It is not as obnoxious as the Riviera condos. I think that most of the new luxury condos are too small, though. I need a bit more space. Thanks for doing such a nice job on the videos.
Yeah the Riviera buildings are not for everyone including myself but many people do love that style and yes a bit small for my liking too.

Unfortunately tiny units. I am wondering how many farangs are buying a "studio 23 sqm" ?!? It seems to me (as most other new developments) more suited to the chinese/east-asian market.

Yeah mate, most studios and one bedroom apartments in new buildings are small, many foreigners are buying purely as investments.

Nice building, just the location is a deal breaker for me. I'm not moving 9000 miles away to not be on or across the beach. A great option for the budget conscious person.

Jason, I am still laughing about your description of playing lawn bowls 😂. The little white ball is the jack and the four bowls weigh about one kg each and have a bias which causes the bowl to curve to get around opposition bowls or your own.. I play both cricket and lawn bowls and many young people play and are naturally skilled.. There are three lawn bowls clubs in Pattaya I think and Thailand has a national team.

Anything there for month rentals or is that considered a hotel? I have stayed 1 to 3 months there before and stayed at condos. Seems harder now to find a condo that does a month rental. Are they just 6 to 12 months or buy now?

Yeah it is lacking, that might change as the building fills up with tenants but definitely no Good Vibes Pattaya 😊😊
