For anyone's wondering: "Polozhenie" is a Russian word "Положение", which translates as condition, state in this case. It describes the deep feeling, which cannot be converted into words. It just exists deep inside in a person's soul. It's person's condition. Usually it's related to missing something or when something really important is lost (it may refer to sense of life as well too). It can also mean that something happened and changed a lot in person's life or when person understood something which changed his/her life. There're lots of different aspects of this word and occasions in which this takes place. Everyone has his/her own life "polozhenie".

Selbstunzufriedenheit can mean not just being dissatisfied with yourself but also the situation you are in and everything and anything concerning oneself.
Perhaps some words were never meant to be used on their own, or never meant to exist. To boil down that feeling into a word that works is maybe a poor thing, a poet would probably remove their entire life's work over this. The empty hole that can never be filled in ones heart, and the emotions that burns from that place. That's the closest I can describe it
