Johnny wanted to pay the charities directly because he knew that this EXACT situation would happen.... She would "pledge" it and then keep it for herself and he was 100% EXACTLY right!!
That's why she says her divorce settlement was $6.8m. Because JD's accountant sent $100k to each of the charities so she doesn't consider that part of her settlement because she didn't get it.

When they aren't careful and become bias (like the woman we saw for AH's side) it begins turning the field of psychology as a whole into a joke. @@CenerothXaris i don't think it's fair to call him apathetic in the UK trial. It showed he was very adamant about showing the truth and getting justice. The judge in that trial was bullshit and was compromised by one of his close family members working for the company being sued.

I’ve been bouncing between Boze’s stream and Emily Bakers stream and Emily had some lawtubers on her stream who were apart of the audience and could see the jury according to them the jury looked disinterested and like they didn’t believe Amber during her direct testimony and then perked up during the cross exam.

It's jarring when a liar is lying about lies. They are relentless and it's beyond frustrating to see them using the tactic. It's not something a normal person with a normal brain can do.
“SWELLING AFTER THAT KIND OF INJURY IS ACTUALLY NOT THAT BAD” enrages me. My mother had a swollen back eye from DV for months. No amount of ice helped it go away. Or make up. She tried for the longest to cover with sunglasses. And that didnt even hide it. I remember watching my mom get beat by her ex husband when I was just a toddler. I remember how it changed her. It changed how she saw herself and those around her. I remember the marks on her. I remember her trying to hide it. She was never able to hide it. Finally my grandpa told him to leave.

I remember this so clearly because my sister wasn't allowed in my room while I had Legos, she was too small, but I ran to get her and locked my door.
I remember after they finally divorced my mom would lay in her bed all the time. I remember waking up myself and my sister, getting us breakfast, and getting us to the school bus in the mornings because my mom was so depressed she couldn't get out of bed.
My mom recently told me a story about her going into the local DHS office to get food stamps and the worker could see the bruises all over my mom, but since the worker was so incredibly rude to my mom, my mom refused any additional assistance.
People will see actual bruises and not care and still put you down. But Amber, without a lick of a bruise or swelling thinks just some ice and makeup can cover that pain. It's fucking laughable.

It seems super unjust after ALL THIS LYING BULLSHIT that Amber gets to retire to some relaxing Spanish countryside and live her days in peace with her children. She really needs to suffer some kind of criminal punishment.

Her claim that “pledged” and “donated” are interchangeable makes no sense. It’s like claiming that getting engaged is the same as getting married. One is a promise to do something, the other is actually doing it.

If she had actually had her nose broken (21:00), a current x-ray of her nose would be able to show if any damage had actually been done to her nose at any time. ESPECIALLY if it wasn't treated by a doctor. If you break something or seriously damage it in any way and then proceed to not get treatment, an x-ray will 100% show the areas that were damaged. Even years and years after the incident. Especially if it healed improperly.
This was justice at it’s best. I live and work in LA and work with celebrities for almost 20 years. Johnny had the best reputation with everyone. So now in his 50’s he is going to become abusive ? Nobody was buying it. Especially when AH is the one with a previous DV arrest. She’s a very sick woman and I’m just happy Johnny got out alive.
I also believe she would have killed him. Ben King, in his UK witness statement said AH's behavior against JD was getting worse with time.

As someone who's tried to cover black eyes. They're still so visible under that cake makeup. Color correctors help to hide abuse but at the end of the day. They really don't hide abuse

Watching made me realized that my ex was so emotionally and mentally abusive to me I’m a big dude but she was just like amber and legitimately was unstable I left with whatever could fit in my car in the 5 min she was in the shower and never looked back I lost a lot of things getting away from her but didn’t lose my self worth

I never gotten into a fight altercation… but a car crash where the air bag punched my left eye temple, and scratched by a little bit of glass and the left side of my face was swollen for a good half day since I didn’t get immediately ice pack.

(48:15) - As a former drug addict who snorted their drugs and was involved with many other drug addicts, I can tell you with 100% certainty, Johnny was not snorting drugs with a Tampon applicator piece. I'm pretty sure if you asked 100 men, maybe 1 of them would even know that something like that could be found in a tampon applicator. I've definitely used a piece of a tampon applicator to snort drugs. But I'm a woman. Never met a single man who did or even knew that was a thing. And it took me years of using to think of that idea in the first place.

I used to wear a few big rings when I was younger and had to stop wearing them when I had kids because I accidentally scraped my baby while changing him once and was scared I’d hurt them while playing with them. If I scraped his skin just while changing him, on accident, with no force. I can’t imagine what they would do to somebodies face if you were really trying to cause harm.
I accidentally banged my head on my hand once while I was wearing a ring, the ring gave me a bump on my forehead. My ring was a quarter of an inch wide, flat, and a few mm thick and was able to give me a bump so, I say, chunky rings can definitely mess a face up.

I’m a retired LEO and was a Sgt of criminal investigations before I left.
We were taught in training that the best way to get someone to confess or to slip up and admit wrongdoing etc during an interview or interrogation is to just let them talk. There’s no trickery or lying by the officers to get useable info.
When someone is guilty or trying to hide something an uncomfortable silence is very hard on them.
So we’d just ask a single legitimate question pertaining to the case then shut up and allow them to answer. No matter what they say or how long or short the answer is we didn’t say anything when they stopped talking.
Just fell silent for a minute or so. The silence is deafening and some can’t handle it.
They’ll get to talking again and rambling on and in the process the majority of the time they’d let slip info they didn’t want to share. The more they talked sometimes the more info came out because they were just rambling.
The same is true here for JDs team to just let her talk. In doing so she’ll let slip info that she shouldn’t talk about like the Kate Moss slip up for example.
I’ve seen guilty people talk nonstop for 30 minutes after being asked a single question.
I’ve seen innocent people stop talking after the initial answer and sit quietly until we’d ask them another.
I’m not suggesting that this method worked every time but it worked the majority of the time.

This crazy bitch seems to think that holding eye contact with someone else is a sign of strength, but it's literally just her trying to exert her perceived power over him. She probably genuinely thinks that he cant look at her, when the reality is that he doesnt want to, which is the actual power move. Refusing to give her something she wants that she desperately tries to use against him is taking away her power over him and I love that for him.
His refusal to look at her to this day is him taking his power back. If he caved in and did look at her, she would feel a smug, small victory. But I really don't think it's about that for him. It's about retaining his dignity which she completely smashed.

The "pledge/donate" argument doesn't fly for regular people. If I do a charity run, I collect pledges, but the money "pledged" doesn't count until I return my pledge sheet with all the money. That money is the donation, actual, physical money donated. Why doesn't she get this? Every English-speaker in the world probably knows the difference between "pledge" and "donate" - they are not the same and the ACLU/CHLA will realize the difference! I could pledge a gazillion dollars but I would have to bring that in to donate it, otherwise the place I'm donating to does not HAVE the money.
The way she says "why would I be scared" is insane man. I was afraid the kids who bullied me for like 9 years would beat me up if I told my family, when they never even physically hurt me! I was so afraid of my ex I pulled a knife on him when he approached me in my kitchen. And he hadn't done anything close to that to me or in front of me. (He had pointed a gun at someone before though).

I remember being bullied once by a girl called Michelle lol. I remember being afraid, and then one night, I decided it was worse feeling afraid, than gambling on standing up to her. So, I went to school after the weekend and walked up to Michelle and said “I’ve just about had enough of youuuu. I will meet you at the Greek theatre (we had a mini Greek theatre in our school grounds) and I’m going to kick your arse from today until next Tuesday” lol. She met me, I think because her pride wouldn’t let her run, and whilst I was afraid, I really had had enough of her. I whooped her arse, and for the first time ever…. I walked with my head high. See, I have epilepsy from being beaten by my grandmother. In school, I was often a target for cruel jokes, and people quickly underestimate you because you have a disability. I saw Michelle years later, and she hugged me, and apologised. I apologised for Royaly wiping the floor with her, and we laughed about it. I only ever felt bad for having to resort to violence. Unfortunately, I married a very violent man, ex British army fusilier. I couldn’t stand up to him. I eventually left, with the kids, and was taken care of in a shelter. His violence was so bad, I wasn’t even allowed to go to mediation with him, with officers in the room. Thank goodness. I’m violence free now, and my husband is my world. The kids are grown men, and have nothing to do with their father. I won everything in the end, not money….the kids. 🌹

Dude I once tripped and hit my face on a counter and my teeth went through my lip. I didn’t go to the doctor either but that side of my face swelled like a balloon for at least 2 weeks. Bruising everywhere. What Amber is describing is 1000x worse than that. There is absolutely nooo way she could hide that or would not take pictures. Even if somehow everything were on the other side of her face in the photo she took of that tiny bruise on her arm, you’d be able to still see it at that angle. Everything gets effected when there is severe trauma to the face.
Pledge = a promise. Donated = paid or given. Promises can be broken. If she actually donated it I'm pretty sure there would be proof.

I’m rewatching all of these because I am going to be taking my abuser to court soon and I just feel so much disappointment in how far back she sent all women victims.

They way she looks at the jury every single time she talks and nods her head "yes" is a tactic they use in sales to subconsciously get them to agree. I had training in it before!
