The No. 16 Wright Motorsports car was a Cayman. You're right about the Mustangs, but it's not because teams switched cars mid-season, but rather that the only teams running them were partial-season entries that didn't come to this race.

what is this kind of racing called? "grand prix"? or grand turismo? im not sure.
IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. Multi-class racing between Grand Sport and Touring Cars.

The race was lovely but I feel Hindy and Jeremy were quite a bit off in the closing stages.

Ford pulled out two seasons ago. GTLM is being replaced by GTD PRO in 2022.
Don't think the one PF Racing(i believe that is the team) mustang was at lime rock. I was at Road America and they were there.

GT4's cars?
Yes. Technically they’re considered Grand Sport (GS) but they run to GT4 regulations. The Hyundai, Audi, Honda, and Alfa are Touring Car (TCR).
