Car is 2483g rtr with dig and winch and brass portal covers, AMS chassis alone without links is 118g, I'm not sure about weight with links. Hope this helps ;)
Any weight on the rear or what brass setup in the front. Crawls beautifuly. Really interested in going this route. Also what motor and esc man the low speed control is great
Thank you. I have brass portal covers up front, but nothing else. I like keeping everything as light as possible. As for electronics I'm running a HW 1080 esc and a holmes torquemaster pro 540 45t motor on a 3s 800mah 45c battery. The low end is great, but frankly, I'd like to get some more wheelspeed sometimes, so I might look into a new motor later down the line. Hope this helps ;)
@@czebalaf I'm on the same setup with a 1300 mac and a 35 turn and really like it. It's about perfect for where I crawl. I think if I went up in turns it would kill my wheel speed as you stated
@@johnslawnseasttn4489 I had to go this route as the stock capra transmission doesn't have enough reduction to get me the best of both slow and fast. So I chose to go slow to handle the crazy shit I put this rig through and I'm doing my best with the wheelspeed I still have.
It would be awesome if you could do a break down vid with what skid chassis braces links. Where your putting you battery Everything you used to build this and you scx10.2 rig haven't decided witch one I want to hack up yet.
That rig is a real climber. Nice build. Liked and subscribed
Thank you!
I like it allot.Want to build a similar one,one day.
We await you to Flatgekko family when the time comes ;)
Nice rig.
May I ask you what about final weight your car and the chassis itself ? It gonna help me for my choice :-) thx
