Not gonna lie it isnt a fun process but the video I used for this was this one:

It really depends on the mod and who you are swapping it with, like I'm doing another video and I wanted to swap the Thanos mod with Nappa but the textures never loaded but if I swap with Broly it would load properly

When you have X2M installer in your folder, you should have the character data folder as well.
