Laura Cates Duncan awww this is SO SPECIAL to read your comment. It’s true - we put too much pressure on ourselves. Our Designer Series Paper is stunning and is such a great quick card that looks amazing. 400 sheets!! I’m so proud of you. Thanks for leaving me a comment. ✨❤️✂️✨
This is awesome, I really need to get back into it...have so many papers and I’m tired of continually going through them when I’m making a single card. I need to pull them out and CUT! Thanks for the inspiration. P.S. love your videos, you’re so much fun🥰🥰
I caress my paper and I love to get through it. Everytime I want to do a card I flip through my sheets and say "no, I keep that, no, there will be a better occasion to use it". I will go through your advice. It is great!!!
I absolutely love your comparing our cherished paper to the "good" china! I, too, am guilty of hoarding fav paper. And it sure takes up a lot of room. But your method means it'll take up even more room ... Plus I sometimes do need large pieces for covering albums or making boxes, and I don't want to buy extra sets. Don't get me wrong - I think your idea is great to start from a standard size, pre-cut on a rainy day for further use. But I will start by doing this with the cheaper patterned card stock/paper I have , I think. What I do with my HOTLOVE papers is - and you won't like this, since you're not social security but a business woman - I scan it before I cut it. The scan will never give me another 12x12 sheet since I can neither scan nor print that size, but ... And before anyone jumps in here with copyright complaints, it's quite allright to do that as long as you don't share the files or sell the paper after you scanned it. Thanks for the great video!
Stefanie Mohrmann hey! Oh totally do what works for you in terms of storage. Some use cello bags which would use less. But you are a smart woman and I’m sure will work out your own way that works for you. My main message is that we USE our paper instead of HOARDING. Glad you liked the good China illustration. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨
I totally understand Stefanie. Lately SU has come out with DSP that coordinate with punches and dies. I worked on a swap two weeks ago that I had to cut out images from the DSP. I plan to keep a couple full sized sheets for projects like that. I chopped the Golden Honey DSP. I began with that because it's retired. I'm loving it.
I’m from the U.S. and love your accent. Does SU only promote making cards? I am a papercrafter and do so much more than cards so this method would t work for me. But if you’re strictly doing cards, this seems like a great organizing process and a timesaver when you are actually making cards.
Oh, I wasn’t saying anything about your work. I meant SU in general. It’s the same here in the U.S. The Paper Pixie shows other items, typically favor boxes, along with a card. But others I follow just do cards. Was just curious as I enjoy learning how things are different and the same in various places.
I love this idea! When I first began to listen I thought you were nuts 😂 but I am afraid of using my 12x12 paper. It's feels like once it's cut it's gone. I think this idea will help me to make more cards with my paper. The One sheet wonder idea can still be used, I'll just be starting with my paper precut. I always use my paper but find it stressful to use the designs that I favor. I believe your technique will eliminate that. Thank you so much for sharing this great idea. Makes storage easier as well.❤
Thank you so much. You are so adorable you cheered up my morning. I love this idea of chopping my paper. I am a quilter and I hoard my fabric too. Can you show us how you make the covers for the cases. I love to be organized. Have a blessed day 😊 Cheryl from North Carolina USA

My first time watching your video’s and I am so excited to get going, to get creative thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your instructions are so clear love it.❤
Just found you online and I have become an avid follower!!! I have enough DSP to paper the world and will start to chop it now! But I need organization, where did you get the covers to list the name of the DSP and show the paper and the colors that go with it? I love keeping everything organized so I can pick up the box and start making cards.
Yay! Love it. Here are the inserts to the cases - crafty-kylies-facebook-store.myshopify.com/products/loveitchopit-floral-romance-clear-mount-case-insert
So excited to see this video. Can't wait to love it, chop it ALL my DSP. So many ideas and freedom to go ahead and cut it all. DSP storage area will definitely be smaller. THANK YOU!!!!!!
I hate to post twice but... I legit just went nuts on my paper with this. I had a mermaid pad I was legit worried about using. It was so pretty and I knew it would make a great card set but I couldn't see it. Breaking it down to the #loveitchopit method totally helped! Ps. I am using is sizing
This is genius! Thank you for this! Can you tell me if anyone in the US has the template that we can purchase? I went to Cheryl's site but don't understand Aussie prices.

Thank you for the post. Love it. I have a real problem with cutting DP. Getting up to go to craft room right now to do the "CHOPPING". Also thank you for giving the (US) sizes.
New subscriber from Florida, USA! So happy I stumbled onto your channel! Yep! This is definitely my problem. I "collect" all kinds of designer paper in all sizes. I love your idea. By pre-cutting you paper, it makes it so much easier to make a quick card. Sometimes I spend hours trying to make just a "quick" card and this would definitely alleviate the stress I seem to put myself through. Thank you for sharing. I, also, love your craft room! Do you have any videos of it? I am designing a craft room and would love to see yours. If you have any ideas that would help, please let me know! :-)
Nancy Nicastri hey!! I sure do have a craft room tour! Hope you found it? If not let me know and I’ll give you a link. It’s one of my recents. So happy to hear this has helped you. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨ Keep me updated about your #loveitchopit progress!
@@KylieBertucci Yes! I found it and I'm watching it now! Thank you for replying back to me! This will definitely help me. I'm a visual kind of person! 😁
I think you were really good at Maths Kylie. I was at school when we change the system to cm from inches and l still like inches. I'll work on it though. You are brilliant 👏
This is such a great idea. I especially love how you made the cases to store all the pieces together. Can't wait to try it out for myself! Thanks for sharing
A friend closed her scrapbook/craft store 10 plus years ago and stored her leftover inventory for quite some time. One day she called me and asked if I wanted to take it off her hands so the car could be parked in the garage (we lived in Alaska). I was just getting started in card making and said YES! She loaded my old Buick full of paper and all kinds of wonderful supplies. The trunk barely closed and I was squeezed into the driver's seat with no room to spare. A short trip, and a few undercarriage scrapes later, I was home and sharing my bounty with friends. I had plenty of the designer paper left several years later and shipped it to Arizona when we moved for health reasons. I still hesitate to cut into those pristine 12" X12" sheets of lovely and rely mostly on my 8.5" X 11" collection for my cards. THANK YOU for this inspirational video! This is a simple way to get me to step up my game when making cards. Although most of the designer paper I have is old and no longer 'on trend' it is quality paper and I like it. I am excited to see where this approach takes me in card designs. Even some of the paper I consider to be a bit 'ugly' will look different when I see them in smaller pieces. I think it is such a waste to let paper languish on a shelf unused. I will have to make some storage boxes for the panels and extend the system I already have. It fits nicely in one of my drawers, protects my paper from fading, and is easily accessible to me - even when I am having a painful day.
Susan Dickson how FANTASTIC!! Yes it’s time to chop it and use it! Yay!! You are right that the paper looks different when you chop it. So much easier to sort and even post as gifts. To sort through the clutter is such a great feeling.
@@KylieBertucci I finished your video, subscribed, and started chopping! First I want to say thank you, and I LOVE listening to you with your accent. I can tell that I am going to enjoy your videos and your practical advice. Keep them coming please!
I love your enthusiasm and philosophy. It's true that keeping my DSP in the plastic guarantees that I will keep it forever. I think it's also the fact that it retires and it's no longer available that contributes to that tendency, but SU keeps coming out with more and more beautiful DSP so I guess I should use it when I'm still excited about it. When the paper retires, I buy the scraps from my demonstrator as she can't use them in her classes anymore and I am much more likely to use it because it's already cut up. Thanks for all the ideas and taking out measurements from the equation.
Jennifer Maddock it’s so true! And you aren’t alone. We just keep collecting collecting collecting. But we can collect and use collect and use. It’s so much more fun! Thanks for leaving me a comment ✨❤️✂️✨

I love beautiful paper and I have an extremely hard time cutting into it. It’s just so pretty! LOL. Plus, I do use 12 x 12 DSP to make multi-fold cards (as the card base), so if I cut it up, I wouldn’t be able to make those. So torn! Thanks for the tips!
Kylie, I must admit I hoard my paper but at least I do open the packet to look at & stroke each piece. However, I believe you have just given me the confidence to cut at least half of each pack using your method. The stamp cases are a very neat storage solution. Thank you for sharing your ideas & measurements. This is the first video of yours that I have watched but it certainly won't be the last as I just subscribed.
Carolyn xxx so nice to hear from you! So happy this has helped you. You are going to really enjoy #loveitchopit and #loveitchopittopieces it gets you creating and having fun!! ✨❤️✂️❤️✂️❤️✂️
You are so right 12x12 is so scary for me. They are big I also was afraid. This makes my world so much easier. Unfortunately I don’t have the room to put them all in cases. How do I get the PDF where I can place them in my file?
Thank you, Kylie. I'm a beginner cardmaker and have a hard time getting ideas for cards. This video was super helpful especially for cutting the paper pieces.
Love this method of cutting DSP! Yesterday, I cut several sheets from a different brand's collection of DSP and today, I actually used some of the cut pieces to make a card. I prefer to make 5x7 cards, so I changed up the cuts a bit from your directions. I ended up with three 4-3/4 x 6-3/4 pieces, one 4-3/4 x 5 piece, and one 2-1/2 x 7-1/4 piece; all this with very little waste.
You had me laughing at your enthusiasm I smiled & laughed along with you. Great way to start the day! I absolutely love this idea..ALL of it! So much simpler than OSW. I cant wait to give it a go. I will plan to save a sheet that inspires me for a layout for scrapbooking, but that's a whole other thought process & learning curve as I generally select paper based on photos or themes. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thanks for inspiring me! I really am excited!
Beth Gomez Woo Hoo!! That’s fantastic. Yes this really resonated with me. The least amount of waste possible, better for storage and I’m more likely to use it because it’s not intimidating to chop anymore. Really appreciate you leaving me a comment and for your support 😘🥰

I think my main take away from this brilliant video, is that sizes can hold you back! If the cards are home made they should be unrestricted to things like size/shape, then its truly home made. Its so exciting for me 😁 Thankyou Kylie 💕
I was so excited that I'd reorganized many moons of paper by type, weight, and color (four banker's boxes worth plus a slew of paper trays). Even chopped some, thank you, Kylie. Then I realized I had a 15" x 30" hard-to-access cabinet with a stash from my last card making binge. Phew. Frugally challenged as I am, all this included strips, which I weave/stack, so have decided to live forever, as I'm also making my own background paper. No flowers necessary because I have also punched and die cut embellishments, which is a whole other story. You're right -- Mom was wrong about using the good stuff. Confetti, anyone?
OMGOODNESS.....!!!!!!...... Kylie You are a GENIUS....!!!!..... WELL DONE JUST #love it# THX YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH lots of luve from Rhonda Laine xoxoxoxxo
Whew❣️I found your video on Tuesday and by Wednesday evening I had 1/2 of my 12x12 papers from way back when chopped and ready to go. I even got the cards ready for the newly chopped paper. Is amazing how good it felt to get that paper out and finally get around to using it. Thank you for being such an inspiration. I’m looking forward to making those chopped pages into cards🤣 I hope to make some for the international delegates🥰
I had lots of papers back from years ago that I started and never used but after watching this I have dug them out and had a chop session more to do though I have lots of paper from many years ago so chop chop chop
this is great...I plan on cutting a few of my 12 x 12 sheets as you described... I recently took a couple of 12 x 12 sheets, cut into four 6 x 6 and then made the 6 x 6 one sheet wonders. Thank you for the detailed video !
Hi Kylie- watching from Memphis, TN (home) my brother is currently touring Australia with his documentary "Waiting-The Van Duren Story" I sure wish I was with him- he is having he best time there! I love all of your videos and I would haven taken a class of yours! thanks for this video!
Well, I did it too! You’re a good seller Kylie!👍😁 My DSP will probably outlive me being a senior citizen. 😜 At least I know what I have on hand now. Took me about 2 days. Now hopefully I can remember #1, where I put them and #2, remember to use them! Thanks for your videos! You’re a joy to watch! 🙂🌹
You have me so excited to go in there and chop, chop, chop! Now, do you store your smaller pieces in another folder or keep all of that pattern in with the larger sheets?
I don’t have designer paper I hoard my twelve by twelve pads and my six by six but after watching your video I’m definitely going to chop it lol 😂you have been a wonderful inspiration thanks for sharing
Anna Maria Nenortas I understand!! I had no idea where to start with my paper and how to get the most out of it. It’s a game changer. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨ Keep me updated about your #loveitchopit progres!
Well done...not sure how I missed 👏👏👏 I have a real problem using double sided dsp, I just can’t bring myself to taping one side down. Hoping this will help - now to chop 😬🤣🤣🤣 Love and friendship, a fellow demonstrator from Mandurah, Perth 🤗🐬🌻
Great video! I'm not sure I have to cut it to use it personally, but I do have lots of DSP. Maybe it's time to see if this would take care of that. By the way, I like the name "Chop it, love it to pieces"!
New to your channel and back at stamping and cards again after about 8+ years - Ive just been collecting papers and stamps hoping to use it one day and decided that this year is THE year and have already begun making some cards. I absolutely LOVE this idea!!! I do wish i saw it earlier before I ordered about 100 plastic pockets to hold my 12x12 on my shelf however 😢. But I will try this way with some so it doesnt seem so scary anymore or wasteful when I only cut out a little sheet of the DSP. I think smaller, like the others said, will be less scary and easier to think of coordinating colours etc. Thank you!
Hi Kylie, Just watched you,re video and LOVED IT! Although I,m not a card maker I love making TN,s. I've got templates for the various sizes made and I'm ready to roll (or should I say cut) Ha Ha Thanks so much for sharing..
I’m new to card making and just randomly looking at RUclips tutorials… Sometimes I turn the sound off and skim thru to see if it is a style I’m interested in. At first I thought you were selling some kit 😉 (your packet looked so well put together!) and I’ve spent so much $$ already 😱…that I went past the explanation into the “heart” of the video. It wasn’t until I started reading the comments that I realized I’d missed something… WOW!! Amazing 🤩 You are so inspiring! I mostly have stamps, die cuts and plain paper, but just ordered some designer paper yesterday. I’m SOOO glad I found you and this method, now I can get off to a good start and not be 100 years old with a room Full of designer paper I saved for “an important occasion” 😉😆😂
Yay!! This makes me so happy!! It really changed the way I used my Designer Series Paper. It’s so easy and I use so much more of it now. All the best Valerie! Join our #loveitchopit Facebook group if you like - eepurl.com/dkJTi9
My fear is using a retired paper pad to make what turns out to be just a so-so project only to later find a video showing a similar project that's absolutely GORGEOUS. 😥
I JUST found you and I'm amazed -- I hit the Subscribe button after the first 4 minutes!!! You have encouraged me to tear the plastic off my DSP and start chopping!! I may have to drink a G&T first to bolster my courage.
I So love your enthusiasm , I have just Sorted all my papers so am giving this a go tomorrow - You mentioned a PDF of your Measurements but I can't find it , can you direct me to it please Thank you so much .
I’m not afraid to chop my paper as a scrapbooker, but I am still very inspired by these ideas. What beautiful designer paper. I need to get reacquainted with my Stampin’ Up coordinator. Thank you for what you do.
I do this but only to scraps or leftover pieces. that way, my big projects have what they need and the rest is cut to a few most used sizes. for example; 4 x 5.25, 1.75 x 4, 1 x 5.25, 2 x 5.25, 4 x 2.25, & 4 x 3. I find that usually covers all my card making needs. Plus my scraps are tidy and useable without a lot of fuss. And I donate or recycle what doesn't fit my size needs.
Tammy Crunelle fantastic!! I have made card templates that I’m updating regularly with layers so that around the world we can translate our measurements as the US and Canada use different sized Cardstock to the rest of the world. Gets a little tricky. I hope you are in my #loveitchopit facebook support group? You can sign up here - eepurl.com/dkJTi9
HI Kylie I have enjoyed your idea of using papers rather than storing them. However, I am confused with your measurements ... 5.25 inches does not equal 14.4cm. I cut 14.4cm and measured it in inches - I make it close to 5 5/8 inches. Can you double check this? Maybe I'm not measuring it right? I prefer to use inches as many tools are in inches and they are easier to see. From heartbroken Christchurch. Kia kaha
Fiona Buick this might help you - For those that use A4 Cardstock - 10cm x 14.4cm or 5-5/8” x 3-7/8” For those that use Letter size Cardstock - 4” x 5.25” I had NO IDEA that there were people that used A4 Cardstock with inches until a week ago. So now my card Templates include all three measurements as inches in the US is totally different as they use Letter Cardstock!!
You are so funny, I thoroughly enjoyed this video mostly because of your charm! I thought it was hilarious when you said goodbye to the small strip of paper by saying "Thank you for your service!" ROFL.
I love your enthusiasm! I have a huge pile of DSP....which tomorrow will be chopped!! Now I need the wood stamp cases to store it all!! Thanks so much xx
I´m feeling the same if I have a 12x12 sheet - I feel bad cutting it wrong - and now :-) I have so great possibility thanks sooooo much for your great idea :-)most time I do -> watch it, caress it, put away and don´t cut it

I've been making cards for 12 years and have always much preferred 12x12 paper. More paper, more options, more cards. I hate when a book of paper is only available in 6 or 8 inch. Sorry, but I can't imagine cutting up all my paper ahead of time, though. I have way too much paper and like to keep all my options open.
Paula Strachan you do your thing and I’ll do mine. No rules being made, thought it would help those that struggle with chopping their Designer Series Paper and using it. That’s clearly not you - so can you keep doing what works for you.
I do the same thing but I cut mine down to 8.1/2” X 11”. I make journals so that is typically the size I use. When I get a pack that has multiple of each design, I keep 1 piece 12x12 and cut of the others down. I keep them in binders in page protectors.
Ok. I have tons of unopened DSP. I tried to chop it, but I couldn't bring myself to cut it. I put the packages back in the drawer and I will try again later. it would help me a lot, i know, but..... I'm actually scared to cut them down.
Brenda Woodard hey! I totally understand the fear. I have a support group to help you. You can sign up here - eepurl.com/dkJTi9. Also it’s good to start with a pack that you feel the least attached to or one that you can purchase a replacement of. That helps mentally to take your first chop.
I guess I am a unicorn but I won’t be chopping up my paper. I love the versatility in creating my projects to use long lengths, various shapes, etc. I feel my paper would be wasted being pre-chopped. Thank you for the idea but this a never for me.
Hi Kylie thanks for the video on how to chop my DSP paper, I have had some of mine in the plastic for about 4 years now as I was scared that if I used it I would run out and by the time I realized this it would be discontinued, however I bit the bullet today and cut it all up, all I have to do now is make some cards really appreciate you help and love your videos. Thanks again Chris Wilson QLD Australia
Great video! You know what I have to overcome? I have to overcome the notion that my cards have to have a lot of detail to show the recipients how much I care about them. In reality? I like the looks of these simple cards MUCH better. I just discovered your channel and subscribed. 😍
Thank you so very much Kylie. I have been cutting my 12x12's into 6x6 and I think I'm going to change to your 4x5.25 from now on. I find that I have quite a collection of strips not being used from the 6x6 so this is so much better. I do find that the 6x6 fits beautifully in a quart-size freezer bag so they are protected, and easy to access and can continue with that kind of storage now too.
I am trying this for two packs of my stampin' up packs. I now have so much that won't fit in the organizer so I am buying little 12 x 12 plastic portable carriers
a year late but I love it. Now the problem is that a lot of my 12x12 is cut to 6x6 :( to cut it will leave me with a LOT of small pieces. I am going to join whatever I need to have this as my new norm... I had looked a one sheet wonder and it just didn't feel right so I never really got into it but this method make total sense to me. thanks so much wow from 5000 to 17.4 subscribers... you go girl!!!

Makes storage easier as well.❤
Happy to help 😊
Thank you for this tutorial its been so enlightening. I'm going to start with some retired DSP until I'm comfortable with chopping it x
Suzanne Smart yay!! And pick paper you aren’t overly attached to. Makes it easier.
My beautiful 12x12s were causing creative constipation. This video is like a laxative.... I mean that in a very good way. LOL
dj b hahahaha that’s hilarious!!!! Creative constipation. That’s just so funny.
Thank you so much. You are so adorable you cheered up my morning. I love this idea of chopping my paper. I am a quilter and I hoard my fabric too. Can you show us how you make the covers for the cases. I love to be organized. Have a blessed day 😊 Cheryl from North Carolina USA
Cheryl Douglas here you go! Here is the link for the cases from Sarah Berry, Demonstrator in the Uk - www.stampwithsarah.co.uk/stamp-case-inserts/
Thanks for watching!
Thank you Kylie
My first time watching your video’s and I am so excited to get going, to get creative thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your instructions are so clear love it.❤
Welcome Suzanne! Glad you find the instructions clear. Thank you. 🙏
Love this!! Quite an idea!! I love how the first mushroom paper you used matched your polish!!Thank you so much!👍🏻❤️
That was a nice fluke Lil! hahahaha Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨
Watched this again- love your videos- always cheers me up.
Going to chop some paper . Thanks
Wonderful!
One of the greatest ideas ever. I will start chopping. Thanks for sharing. from Arkansas US.
Teresa Foster awwww you are so sweet. ❤️
I’ve already started chopping my DSP and I Love it.
That’s great Dorothy!
Kimberly Weaver so happy to hear that!! Woo Hoo!! #Loveitchopit ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I have a museum of DSP when I started selling in 2001 😂
😆 🤭 🤣
This is genius! Thank you for this! Can you tell me if anyone in the US has the template that we can purchase? I went to Cheryl's site but don't understand Aussie prices.
tjblack3 you can get them free - Here is the link for the cases from Sarah Berry, Demonstrator in the Uk - www.stampwithsarah.co.uk/stamp-case-inserts/
What are you putting on the cover of the case?
Great help~ I can't wait to start cutting up paper this evening.
Hello Kylie. Wow, WOW, where have I been hiding? I'm an Aussie and have just this second discovered you! LOVED THIS RUclips - thank you so much. You're so bubbly and enthusiastic so love that about you as well. Thanks so much for sharing - will be an ardent follower from now on. Bev from Sydney.
Bev Page yay!! How exciting!! Love hearing a fellow Aussie that finds my channel. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨ Keep me updated about your #loveitchopit progress! I hope you are in my #loveitchopit facebook support group? You can sign up here - eepurl.com/dkJTi9
Love this Kylie, not the diagonals so much but all the strips and inside bits....awesome! Thank you for inspiring and teaching xox mwah!!
Adele Smith hahahaha I’m the same but so many one sheet wonders have the diagonal so I knew someone must like them.
Thank you for the post. Love it. I have a real problem with cutting DP. Getting up to go to craft room right now to do the "CHOPPING". Also thank you for giving the (US) sizes.
Karen Becker you aren’t alone. So many of us feel the same way. But you can get to the point where you HAVE to chop it because you love it.
Nancy Nicastri I’m the same! Glad you found it.
Yeah..... The birth of Love It Chop It. This really makes sense to me 🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Yes it does! 😃
Mind blown. Seriously though, this was a very needed video and I am so glad that you made it! I intend to go and chop my papers now. Lol
christine trimble Woo Hoo!! Hope you were able to chop!! The best part is using them. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨
I think you were really good at Maths Kylie. I was at school when we change the system to cm from inches and l still like inches. I'll work on it though. You are brilliant 👏
😂
😂
This is such a great idea. I especially love how you made the cases to store all the pieces together. Can't wait to try it out for myself! Thanks for sharing
Carollee Washington it’s like AMAZING!! The cases feel so good and much more organised. It makes me want to use the Designer Series Paper.
Sure thing!! Thank you!
Thank you, Kylie. Just starting cardmaking can be daunting. Love your easy going attitude toward cardmaking:) No stress!:)

Love it chop it to pieces, I love that..
Michelle Wells Woo Hoo!! #Loveitchopittopieces
Love it! Chopit! To Pieces. Best name
😆 👍
You are so right 12x12 is so scary for me. They are big I also was afraid. This makes my world so much easier. Unfortunately I don’t have the room to put them all in cases. How do I get the PDF where I can place them in my file?
I know you’re told this all the time but, you’re awesome
Thank you, Kylie. I'm a beginner cardmaker and have a hard time getting ideas for cards. This video was super helpful especially for cutting the paper pieces.
#Loveitchopit is the best for new card makers. Really affordable too.
Robin Perry Woo Hoo!! Love it!!! ✨❤️✂️✨
Such a fantastic idea! I love the “love it, chop it.
Carolyn Gurney yay!! #Loveitchopit #loveitchopittopieces Really appreciate you leaving me a comment and for your support 😘🥰 Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨ Keep me updated about your #loveitchopit progres!

Thank you for sharing your videos
My pleasure Tami! ♥️
I think my main take away from this brilliant video, is that sizes can hold you back! If the cards are home made they should be unrestricted to things like size/shape, then its truly home made. Its so exciting for me 😁 Thankyou Kylie 💕
Profound!!
Who cares really what name it is called.
🤭
Marlise Parker hahahaha love it!!
OMGOODNESS.....!!!!!!...... Kylie You are a GENIUS....!!!!..... WELL DONE JUST #love it# THX YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH lots of luve from Rhonda Laine xoxoxoxxo
rhonda laine hahahaha glad you like it. Trying to keep it simple!
Abbie7301 Woo Hoo!! That’s cool!! Yes perfect for the delegates. Do we have you in our kingdom stampers Group?? Message me on Facebook if not.
Hi Kylie, How do you handle the DSP that coordinates with dies? Do you still cut them up, or do you change the size of the chop?
I had lots of papers back from years ago that I started and never used but after watching this I have dug them out and had a chop session more to do though I have lots of paper from many years ago so chop chop chop
Oh that’s the best!!
I started out by cutting me cheapest non SU 6x6 paper. I've now gained the confidence to cut my SU card. Thank you Kylie xx
happymevids wonderful!! Really appreciate you leaving me a comment and for your support 😘🥰
Great idea
this is great...I plan on cutting a few of my 12 x 12 sheets as you described...
Donna Levi oh how wonderful!! That’s so fun!
Dawn Diehl wow!! So proud of you!! Rocking it.
Thank you so much for your kind words Delia! And start chopping 😂
OMG i have wasted so many 12x12 ; yes i still have paper in package because I ruined so many.. thanks for sharing how easy it can be.
Anna Maria Nenortas I understand!! I had no idea where to start with my paper and how to get the most out of it. It’s a game changer. Happy Chopping ✨❤️✂️✨ Keep me updated about your #loveitchopit progres!
I love your sharing how to use your designer paper. Very interesting.
Thank you Kathy!
Well done...not sure how I missed 👏👏👏
I have a real problem using double sided dsp, I just can’t bring myself to taping one side down. Hoping this will help - now to chop 😬🤣🤣🤣
Love and friendship, a fellow demonstrator from Mandurah, Perth 🤗🐬🌻
I understand Louise! Hope you’re well. Xx
I have a friend that says “Susie just cut it. Use it! It won’t HURT. I promise! Lol”
I just love you. ❤️❤️👍🏼So cute 😍funny 💖creative!
Hahahaha she’s like me!
Great video! I'm not sure I have to cut it to use it personally, but I do have lots of DSP. Maybe it's time to see if this would take care of that. By the way, I like the name "Chop it, love it to pieces"!
Debbie Mageed Thank you!
Thank you!
Wonderful Christine!! You’re going to love it.
Hi Kylie, Just watched you,re video and LOVED IT! Although I,m not a card maker I love making TN,s. I've got templates for the various sizes made and I'm ready to roll (or should I say cut) Ha Ha Thanks so much for sharing..
Kate McGregor Woo Hoo!! You can do it!!
I’m new to card making and just randomly looking at RUclips tutorials…
Sometimes I turn the sound off and skim thru to see if it is a style I’m interested in.
At first I thought you were selling some kit 😉 (your packet looked so well put together!) and I’ve spent so much $$ already 😱…that I went past the explanation into the “heart” of the video.
It wasn’t until I started reading the comments that I realized I’d missed something…
WOW!!
Okay. Thank you. Watched it twice. Cut Playful Pets DSP all up with confidence. #relievedincanada
THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY!! Woo Hoo!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
My fear is using a retired paper pad to make what turns out to be just a so-so project only to later find a video showing a similar project that's absolutely GORGEOUS. 😥
😂Aw thank you Shirley!
I JUST found you and I'm amazed -- I hit the Subscribe button after the first 4 minutes!!! You have encouraged me to tear the plastic off my DSP and start chopping!! I may have to drink a G&T first to bolster my courage.
Awwww Thank you!! 😘
Thank you for converting the measurements for us US subscribers in imperial units. New subscriber...love your channel.
I'm so glad you found me! Thanks so much for watching xx
I So love your enthusiasm , I have just Sorted all my papers so am giving this a go tomorrow - You mentioned a PDF of your Measurements but I can't find it , can you direct me to it please Thank you so much .
Sure thing! Here you go - bit.ly/KyliesCardTemplatesTutorialPDF
I’m not afraid to chop my paper as a scrapbooker, but I am still very inspired by these ideas. What beautiful designer paper. I need to get reacquainted with my Stampin’ Up coordinator. Thank you for what you do.
Sheryl Imamura that’s exciting! Thanks for leaving me a comment Sheryl. ❤️
Kia kaha
Fiona Buick this might help you - For those that use A4 Cardstock -
10cm x 14.4cm or 5-5/8” x 3-7/8”
For those that use Letter size Cardstock -
4” x 5.25”
I had NO IDEA that there were people that used A4 Cardstock with inches until a week ago.
Renee VanEpps hahahaha goodbye little piece of paper. Lol. So glad you enjoyed the video.
I love this idea! I follow Lisa Curcio and saw her Facebook post. I subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to watching your tutorials. 😀
Thanks so much for watching!!!
WOW! This is my first time on your channel and this is genius!!! I love this idea I will be chopping and watching you!!! Thank you soooo much!!!
Woo Hoo!! So happy to hear that!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Thank you for this. I suffer from Analysis Paralysis when I look at my packs of 12" x 12" papers. Now I will start chopping!
Hahahaha i love this term!! 😂🤣
Thankyou going to give it a go
Wonderful! 👏🏻
I love your enthusiasm! I have a huge pile of DSP....which tomorrow will be chopped!! Now I need the wood stamp cases to store it all!! Thanks so much xx

Awesome idea can't wait to chop it to pieces
It definitely will ease my card making progress. THANK YOU

Cheers to Kylie Bertucci for developing and sharing this brilliant idea for Stampin' Up! DS Paper.
DSP is our fave product line!!! We love to #loveitchopit!
I´m feeling the same if I have a 12x12 sheet - I feel bad cutting it wrong - and now :-) I have so great possibility thanks sooooo much for your great idea :-)most time I do -> watch it, caress it, put away and don´t cut it
Susanne Müller that’s me!! I totally caress mine. Hahahaha now I caress them and USE them. It’s super exciting.
you are fantastic. I have had a problem with organizing and you certainly gave me some beautiful creative ideas also. Thank you.

Am gonna do it.......have been unproductive because I was overwhelmed. Thank you so much
Sharyn Budek I am hearing you!! You are really going to enjoy chop chop chopping your paper. ❤️✂️❤️✂️✨
I love my papers, yes I still hoard. I'm a sick person, maybe I'll get better. Love all your videos.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hilda Masi if you want to get better you totally can! You just have to start chop chop chopping! ✨❤️✂️✨ let me know how you go!!
I do the same thing but I cut mine down to 8.1/2” X 11”. I make journals so that is typically the size I use. When I get a pack that has multiple of each design, I keep 1 piece 12x12 and cut of the others down. I keep them in binders in page protectors.
Perfect!! 👌
Now I’m encouraged to chop my dsp. Thanks for this video.
Maybe I’ll use the good China,, too
YES!!! Please do! Tag me in what you create if you post it, i'd love to see xx
It’s not for everyone, but the key is as long as your using it then it’s right for you. Well done!
Hi Kylie thanks for the video on how to chop my DSP paper, I have had some of mine in the plastic for about 4 years now as I was scared that if I used
it I would run out and by the time I realized this it would be discontinued, however I bit the bullet today and cut it all up, all I have to do now is make some cards
really appreciate you help and love your videos. Thanks again Chris Wilson QLD Australia
Woo Hoo!! This makes me so happy!! You will have so much fun. And remember - there will always be new paper to buy. Hahahaha
Hello Kylie, love your ideas. Like many other cardmakers I struggle with sympathycards. Do you have ideas for using designerspaper in sympathycards?
I would also like ideas for Sympathy cards using DSP.
Keep it simple - use soft colours and a sympathy sentiment. Also Pinterest is your best friend.
First time discovered you! You are a wonderful. Great to learn how to "Chop it Up". I learned to stamp with Stampin Up.
We LOVE to @loveitchopit!
Great video! You know what I have to overcome? I have to overcome the notion that my cards have to have a lot of detail to show the recipients how much I care about them. In reality? I like the looks of these simple cards MUCH better. I just discovered your channel and subscribed. 😍
Fantastic!! Yes it’s the thought that means so much. If we over complicate it we end up not creating at all.
Great idea!!!
I am trying this for two packs of my stampin' up packs. I now have so much that won't fit in the organizer so I am buying little 12 x 12 plastic portable carriers
Hahahaha love it! It’s amazing how much you get.
a year late but I love it.
