Your video, "I have a secret," came across my feed. I was so impressed with your level of wisdom at such a young age and your inspirational message was a joy to listen to.
So, subscribing to your channel was an easy choice and I hope you have great success as a content creator.
God bless you and your family.

I can't help but say this, I think you are one of the most naturally beautiful women I have ever seen. You need no make up or anything else. You are model material, a rare beauty with a wonderful personality to boot. The truly remarkable thing is you choose to raise a family and live on the farm with your husband. I truly admire your choice. You're good people. I suspect your channel will go far.

Great Vid Kim...I have been making Kombucha for years and prefer to mix the sugar (Florida Crystals Organic Raw Cane) into the tea in a pot on the stove while still hot and use ONLY distilled water for the whole process...I use various fresh berries crushed to flavor while the natural carbonation takes place during the 2nd fermentation...I use a ph meter to test the acidity as it ferments and I like to fridge mine around 2.75 to 3.0 ph but use caution when you open it bc it WILL blow all over the ceiling if the carbonation is high...it took me a while to find my sweet spot which is 7-10 days on second ferment depending on the berry type used to flavor...btw old scoby's make great plant food and I just toss em into my compost bin ...from Texas

If you like Kombucha you will love JUN . You make it with a JUN scoby and it uses honey and green tea . It tastes Yum . Ive been making Kefir also , it has many more strains of probiotic bacteria . I bought 3 different Kefir grains that had their origen in vastly different countries in order to get more strains of differing bacterias and intend to buy more from some more different countries of origen .

You are right about kombucha and taking it slow. I love kombucha and have a kit with Scoby home but never brewed it. I have however brewed Jun Tea and did second ferment with strawberries and is really good! Jun Tea is brewed with Green Tea and Honey, I think if you gave it a try you would love it. Thanks for sharing and hope the channel continues to grow!

@@honeytrailfarm Hello dear girl! I am Russian and I live in Russia. I came across your video in the RUclips recommendations... so here are a few of my thoughts about your questions and inconveniences voiced in this video. Firstly, the turkey, like all poultry, is a social animal and for their normal growth, development and vital activity, they must live in their own social and species group! That is, simply put, at least "each creature has a pair" as Noah said! Now, as for the organization of your farm work... You will not be able to grow absolutely everything alone! It is economically inefficient and technologically unproductive! What advice would I give you? Surely you live in a place where, surrounded by your company, there are other farms and farms that, like you, are engaged in growing something... So it is more effective for everyone from your environment or community, because joining a community of farmers is a very effective form of organizing joint business, to choose some main area of their activity and work and develop in this direction, while the rest, by agreement, could do something else, but at the same time in the end simply by exchanging to compensate for all the needs in a wide range of agricultural products. For example, you are good at keeping cows and getting milk, growing vegetables from your neighbor, poultry from a third, etc. So once a week you just exchange your products and everyone wins! This method saves you a lot of time, your labor costs and allows you to develop in one direction further than in several! In Russia, the dairy industry is very developed and is not limited only to milk and yogurt, we have more than 300 dairy products based on milk and I'm not talking about cheeses... these are just the very prospects that you can focus on by getting rid of everything else, like growing poultry and vegetables for example! I don't know English very well, so if something is not clear, ask me, I will try to explain. The only thing I'm asking you to do is just think, at the moment your method of doing business will just squeeze you out... while you are young, there is no particular concern about this, but no one will ever return the lost time to you!
