I think exercising to remain neutral in any situation is the key. If we try to strike a balance between our tendencies, which assess everything through the lens of duality, we will come to a state of neutrality. And this process of thinking of the mind will sooner or later free us from these thoughts of karma, free will, death, birth, or rebirth. Who knows what this non-existing future of ours contains for us.

Physical actions and reactions ( actions that we do) can be controlled or regulated by us with some practice.
Where as our emotions, thought process can be hardly controlled. We cannot stop or regulate our thoughts. Though we didn't curse or do any bad to someone who hurt us, still in our thoughts we wish to do same hurt to them or even stab them in our thoughts. That is where we all bind with Karma.
Please explain how to liberate ourselves from emotional Karma.

Thank you Bhavesh Bhai for this very insightful video. I had some confusion regarding, "free will". Thank you for explaining it and to me it was very helpful to get a Yogi's understanding of it. I found this idea very interesting and as such thought of sharing it with you - "LAW", according to Australian aboriginals stand for, "Land, Air and Water". So, terms and conditions of law actually refers or at least referred to the terms and conditions of "Land, Air and Water". Don't know if it will help you in any way but until next time -

Respected sir/guru, I am not sure what should I call you.. but don't want to take your name just out of respect. I don't know why I cried watching your video on Karma & Destiny and then How to find Guru... there's no pain within me.. nothing.. but yes, I have been trying to find the meaning of life, karma, death and liberation... you might understand when I say meaning.. it's not one liner.. it's about the completeness.. the beyond. In the video.. how to find Guru, I felt like.. my isht (Shiva/Hanuman) .. holding my hand.. like we hold babies hand.. and taking me to the path.. and thats where.. i felt like bursting into tears. I just keep on thinking the entire day about these things.. Karma, Death, Reincarnation and Liberation.. and sometimes I also think.. when these things will come into one form.. to answer my questions which are unanswered or.. the questions which have not been questioned...
