DUDE, how do i manually select the source by picking source rather than doing onion skin? is there a wa where can press Control to see the 2nd frame and pick the source point and leave control button and match the first frame and start painting? can i manually select clone point from 2 freame instead of using onion skin?

Yes, but this is the way in production we doing... But u hv other ways too
sequence paint depends on what is needed. If there is over 100 frames it would be best to use a clean plate rather than painting over 100 frames.
You could also do a clean plate and track for this shot. then do a roto hold out to bring back the required information.
