I've seen kids in the gym imitating that tire jump workout Ja had, and without proper supervision it could break your leg just from jumping on a tire. The idea of tire jump is just shocking your leg muscles, it could somehow strengthen your tendons. There are other workouts that could replace tire jumps, that can give you more elevation. The med ball is used for balance, and core control.
Knee problems sort of come from weaker quads compared to hamstrings and shin splints from weaker shins compared to calves. Train ur deceleration muscles as well
I'm 5"10 at 14 and I've been doing good drills for 3 years and I've become the most reliable and feared player on the court but how do i add new dunks to mt package cuz I can do every dunk you've said in this video
Try whatever trick dunks you want to do on a low rim get them down consistently then try them on ten once you feel ready most people tho are limited by their jumping style so if u jump off one leg the chances your gonna do any different dunks off two feet on an actual ten foot hoop is low but just practice bro ur young before you know it your 19 doing eastbays

how about jumpers knee? if i have knees problem should i do this things like jumping a lot?
and wd u say bout overtraing? like if somebody plays ball 5 times a week should he go train legs till failure 3 times a week?
