I have never seen weed control done with tires dragged behind a tractor, but if it works, go with it. I've see chain mesh used, or better yet, a brush hog if you have access to one. Are you allowed to burn off the field or is it too dry to do that?
Yes, we were testing to see how well the tires work on nocking out the weeds in the camp we couldn't burn because of it being winter, so on the 2ha, the field next to the one we were busy with we used our slasher (brush hog) it was mainly for fires.😁
