These two are the most gorgeous and talented performers you will ever see. Not only that but they are star people as well. Sweet, talented, intelligent: they have it all :-)
What a stonking song!
I think it's about leaving their barge to live on the land in a house and the impending arrival of Hamish - and the worries that brings.
It's a great CD - all original and all good!
I'll be singing it at sessions for sure! - Well done Nancy and James
Possibly my favourite Nancy song.
The song is composed by Nancy Kerr, and published by PRS/MCPS. Twice Reflected Sun is available at the duo's website kerrfagan com
I have just discovered this duo at Towersey Festival, and I think Nancy Kerr is amazing not only for her sweet voice but also for her lyrics and musical skills. I haven't heard such beautiful, stirring music in a very long time. I was totally moved by them. They complement each so perfectly. I can't get this tune out of my head. I've even thought of learning the violin just so I can play it! The Apollo song she wrote for the Olympics is brilliant too.
They will be appearing at Brackley Folk Club this Sunday-(23rd Sept 2012) which is held in The Greyhound on Brackley High Street from 8.00pm Can't Wait!!
Super voice
j'aime beaucoup ce duo, bons musiciens et bons chanteurs.
Brilliant! This whole album is a 'must' - lovely work from a lovely couple!
A very beautiful and dynamic piece of work. I heard it on Tom Power's radio show on CBC Canadian Radio. I was on the highway and scrambled to write the information down so I could finally see and hear the real thing. What a treat, not to mention the links that go with this wonderful discovery.
Fabulous! (as is the whole album)
Shh man i want to hear her sing :P
I heard this on the radio, and I have to say, it's one of the most beautiful, calming songs that I have ever heard :)...
I've Met them!
