I always think I am going to make a breakfast like yours but then I am never hungry for breakfast. Some days if I don’t have left overs for lunch then I make one of your breakfast!❤Mac and cheese my favorite food next to lobster! yummy😋! Nikki, your protein coffee looks so good! I don’t drink coffee anymore because I have reflux. I do drink decaf tea though, so I’m wondering if I could make my tea using the same additional ingredients & method that you do for my tea. Do you think that would turn out ok?

Try taking a ginger capsule to speed up digestion. It really works for me when I've over eaten.
