You know what infuriates me more than the actual betrayal ? The fact that they romanticize the whole thing and make it about themselves by playing the sole victim of actions THEY did. They turn the husband and all his emotions, his committment, his sacrifice and his effort into a side character in her play, and the audience is random people on social media who don't care at all about her!

      SPOT ON!
Not only does she make him a character on her play, she makes him the evil character whose existence is solely devoted to keeping her locked in a cage. This is the story that most wives keep telling themselves that ends so badly for so many of them and that most neutral by standards end up believing. Meanwhile she's been making bad decision after bad decision... all on feels. They truly and genuinely need psychological help. 95% of them.

@@asparrow9876 Very true, i remember even as a young man, whenever i watched any romantic drama or even a romcom with my girl, the female protagonist or love interest's infidelity was always potrayed as some sort of victimhood dilemma or nothing but a funny joke. Heck even after they cheat and come back to their husband or boyfriend, it's always portrayed like she did something brave and is loyal for leaving Chad to come back to the 'good guy'.
Meanwhile, in the same movie, if the guy even dares to glance at another female for too long, it's an argument. If he flirts with another girl, he is a toxic manipulating scambag. But for the female, it's just self expression.

If the dad is a living and present part of his kid's life, you ARE NOT a single parent, and you ARE NOT doing it alone. What you are is a Divorced Co-Parent, point-blank, period. Women throw that single mother title around as if it's an honour instead of what it is, and it is USUALLY a lie. They are single women, but the kids have 2 parents, so no, you're not doing it alone. 9 times out of 10, Dad had to fight a bitter ex to have a good relationship with his children because even if it's her fault, she has to win, so she works to turn his kids against him. She will exaggerate, twist stories, and outright lie to get back at her ex.

Never mind, his eye was hanging out, and his leg had been cut off above his knee. They will comfort the crying woman and cuff the man as he bleeds out on the floor. And don't let it be a woman cop. She cut his other leg off for mistreating the poor psycho. Then she will get away with it because he male counterparts will see her crying and swear the victim did it himself to frame the poor, helpless female cop.

What if they see this stuff online? What if her friends and family do? How can she teach her children what a proper marriage/relationship is if she can't face to truth? Do they even know she cheated? Was this guy around them? Not once in this is there any acceptance that she's harmed her children or obvious ways to reduce that harm.
I'll also never get the logic of women. You are in your forties with three young children. Why would you ever thing you'll get a guy as good as your husband when you aren't twenty-something anymore. Would your husband (if he were single) marry a single mother with three kids who cheated and left her husband? No. In fact, watch your husband find a younger girlfriend in a year or so.

Women think passion and romance are supposed to burn eternally in a relationship because it's fuel for love.
Obviously, as relationships grow older, passion and romance tends to burn lower. After seventeen years, you have kids, careers, plenty of bills, and the plans of your future to consider. All of these things are a drain on romance and passion.
Every romance novel, film, or TV show is based on teaching women that passion and romance equals love. It's used to market products to them, and they often base their self-worth on it. So, when a man is dedicating the bulk of his work life to providing, and taking care of the future, having much less time and energy for that romance and passion, women see it as if they are being shorted something they deserve.
He believes the time for romance and passion are either over, or on the back burner because they are married. He thinks they can rekindle that romance and passion later in life when everything is taken care of, and he has the time to enjoy it. She thinks it's burnt out, or that he's giving it to everyone but her, and that the love she feels is platonic now, and she would be happier if she found passion and romance somewhere else.

10:12 "I want to reflect on this moment and realize how far I have come." Really? if you made a timeline, I'm pretty sure that she has circled back to "my first place" (about the age of a high school or college graduate). She's excited about living on her own, cooking herself a meal, and dating - sounds like a YOUNG single woman in her 20s. Problem is that she is CLEARLY in her 40s.

She said (to defend her selfish actions) that she didnt want the children to see a toxic relationship... yet in earlier videos, she said he did nothing wrong.. so where is this toxicity coming from? If it’s strictly her, and now the kids see her alone more often, that may be more toxic for the kids.
    Food for Thought

Marriage isnt always about feeling lovey dovey every moment of the day, honestly, there will be hard times, low times, times you struggle with things and may even feel just not in the mood, but its about working together, fighting for what you have and building the foundations that will last in those moments. Communication and support even when you are both not feeling sexy. One day sex and romance might be the last thing the two of you are thinking about, but you know you will support each other, care what happens to each other, and be there no matter what happens. Its about working through the hard times and the poor times, the sick times and grabbing the bright times and riding those highs. Not seeking it elsewhere. You stick it out unless its toxic. Toxic doesnt mean dull, doesnt mean slow, doesnt mean humdrum, it means damaging to each other. Put each other and your children first and you will have everything. Of course be selfish by looking after yourself, but for the sake of being able to be there for others, not because you are wanting likes, not because you want to whore around with chad.. yes whore around.

After 17 years, NOW she "realizes" he just wasn't right for her?? It took you 17 years to come to that realization. Sounds like her ex husband got the better end of the deal. I hope he finds someone who deserves him (if he wants this).
This makes no sense to me. She was with a great guy, wasn't cheated on, not abused, not hurt, still in love, etc. WTF.
My ex began drinking and became highly abusive to our sons and myself. So I divorced him and got therapy while I stayed single so I wouldn't inadvertently treat any future bf as a possible abuser.
My bf is an amazing guy. Hard worker, kind, nerdy, no drinking, funny, etc, and I can't imagine just leaving him.
I wouldn't be proud of myself for divorcing a great guy.
Edit: wtf. He was a great guy, THEN she's like "he was abusive" no. I hate that these women who do this crap are being used as representative of all women. They literally make it hard for women (and men) who were in real abusive relationships to be believed.

Hey Nate, you think wives friendzone their husbands? You must be single to be so ignorant, even after watching all these TikToks. Friendzoned men have it so much better than husbands. Imagine being totally responsible for everything in a marriage and family and being treated as a domestic servant. You can't walk away like a friendzoned orbiter. You are in marriage jail, life sentence, no chance of parole. You dream about being friendzoned.

No doubt there are but more than 70 per cent of divorces are initiated by women in most Western countries (only 30% male) so there are far more women in this position. And they deserve to be called out.

When she's goes on to defend herself she then starts to throw the marriage under the bus. Now it's toxic, mistreatment, and abuse she wasn't saying that before, she said the husband did everything right there was no lying or cheating. All the dudes can't be narcissists.

I really hate women like this. There are so many that claim they’re abused because just a man even keeping boundaries is seen in that light. I had to leave my marriage of 10 years because my husband halfway through our marriage had began to develop a very scary mental illness who refused to get a mental evaluation. I did whatever I could to get him help and all it did was make him hate me, I was seen as his enemy no matter how I tried to explain my concern, he just got angrier. All I wanted was him be able to get an evaluation and just be nice to me. It got so bad that the only thing I was jealous of was seeing men being sweet to the women they were with. It makes my heart hurt to hear women jump so quick to saying stuff like this to men who are just being a normal person, I cannot express how badly I wished I had a typical boring marriage or a simple life. I did whatever I could for a good 5 years until I was in fear for my life. It was the scariest thing I had ever been through. These women have no clue what toxic really is. Any woman who claims abuse would NEVER put a video out for everyone to see that would put him in a bad light because it could trigger him. In the marriage my husband never let me register my car because I lo I left I’d have to go out of state because I had no one where we were. My registration was almost $1,000. When I left and was out of state, I couldn’t leave my home for a good 4 months and he wasn’t even in the same state as I was, i couldn’t because I had such bad anxiety. When I left I had to leave everything behind, I took my dog and whatever I could grab and left. These women have no idea how this could ruin a man’s life, THE MAN SHE DECIDED TO MARRY IN THE FIRST PLACE, or maybe they do and they are just evil. My husband cleared my bank account, he pocketed my financial aid and student loans, to finish my degree I now have to pay out of pocket, he has threatened to ruin my career if I was to ever leave. These women have no clue. Sorry for the rant, I just can’t stand it, it’s the same thing when it comes to sexual assault.

You work at relationships. Not every day is happy clappy. As a man you want to find a broad that will dig deep and work at it, just as you will have to dig deep and work at it. If you don't understand that relationships are hard work you have no business being in one. That goes for men and women.

Women now think with the genitalia really, we have lost our human nature and mother instincts, I mean, as a woman and a mother of two teenage girls i constantly talk to them about the importance of a family , because that’s what matters at the end of the day, men come and go but the family it’s always important, it’s not easy to have the same man everyday but men should think the same way about us too, so let’s make it easy for everyone and stop thinking with the genitalia…
