One thing i find very interesting about Four is the fact that he seems to be one of the Link that is the least afected by Ganon, in Memories pt1 while most links seem to be in a more emotional moment while taking about Ganon(especially Legend) Four and Time are the two that don't look much afected during the conversation, i believe that the reason for that is that due to Four facing Vaati so much more times that Ganon, that the Wind Mage probably became the one that afected him more, and It could be a similar thing with Time, were maybe he had more trauma involving Majora than with Ganon( altough the poor guy definetly has alot trauma involving both)
That could be true, Ganon really did just show up right at the end of Four swords, as well as Vaati's teacher was Four's Guild in Minish cap, so Vaati would have effected him more.
To be fair, Vaati is way more important since it was more personal, Ganon just was a jumpscare that just appeared without context so to him, it was probably just another random boss lol.
When four quadruplicates in this and the manga. Does anyone else pick up personality wise that they're practically the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Link edition. Green=Leonardo, Blue=Raphael, Red=Michelangelo, Vio=Donatello.
One of the things I hope they go into is Four's relationship with his family and Dot since he is one of the few Links to have living family members and was friends with Zelda before the beginning of their games. It also makes sense timeline wise why Four is the most wary of the Twili magic Twilight uses to turn into his wolf form given that his game is set after the Interloper War and he probably learned about it at school.
That's so true! He would be wary of Twili magic 🤔 I also hope we get to hear about his family, There are few Links with family left and I hope we learn more on that part.
It's interesting that they made Red the sad one and Blue the angry one. You'd think it would be the other way around. (ex. "Feeling blue." "Seeing red.")

I am glad that the writer kept the color personality thing but it still weirds me out that red is the emotional sad one and blue is the angry mean one.
Well 🤔 when we think of the heart, it is red. Also, people perceived as overly emotional/compassionate tend to be referred to as bleeding hearts. The color red works perfectly for Four's emotional side. As for blue, it can be a symbol of calmness, melancholy (emotional to say), intelligence, and so on. However, blue can also represent coldness (self-centeredness), like being distant/harsh from others' feelings and thoughts. For instance, imagine Blue being like the ocean. He may appear calm from a distance, but he is an unpredictable wave - one that can injure fatally. In the case of Four's aggressive side, he is self-centered, harsh, and easily angered/upset. Water always ripples when a gentle breeze blows or a pebble is dropped. (When you really think about it, Red and Blue are both sensitive in their own way.)
Four is legit my favorite character in Zelda itself (as the Minish Cap is my favorite game) and in the comic. I love playing see which part of Link is up front when going through the comic again Also I'm glad Four wasn't a system. When I write him, I write him how Jojo usually does, plus a mix of him hearing the extra tidbits of the colors commenting as his thoughts.
Someone in another comment said something like, his personality is just more pronounced, and thats the effects of the four sword, (totally missed it when I made the video XD) but yeah, we should be able to tell which of the colors is being channeled at any time (it's fun to try and guess)

I really like Four, he's my fav out of the Links partly because I like the aspect of him being a smithy and the dynamic the 4 colours have with each other. I even tried to recreate him in totk. There are 2 designs, first design being a mesh mash of the 4 colours and the other design having 1 colour mainly focusing on either 4.
@@laceforest6892 I used the Hylian Hood, Tunic of the Wild and 2 types of trousers. Those trousers being the Hylian Trousers and Tingle Tights. @@MajoraLaine Nice! Also, Spirit Tracks was the first game I played too! :D It's really fun! I used to watch my brother play Minish Cap and Link to the Past when we were kids, which got me interested, but Spirit Tracks was my first game I played!
@@laceforest6892 Yoo nice to meet another person who started with ST. I remember after I played Spirit Tracks, I was still not into Zelda until I learnt of N64 games which in turn led me to Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. And judging by my name you know what game got me into Zelda fully. I do wish I could get to experience what you had with your sibling while growing up. My sister only played ST with me for a short while. Then years went by and I experienced Zelda mostly alone until the last month of Botw before Totk release, my sister chose to bond with me over it.
I have no idea if this was the reason for it, but I like to think that Blue's hair is tucked behind his ear because, in some of the manga's bonus panels, it's confirmed he's the tidiest of Four's sides
I wouldnt say Wind knows of his secret as being able to shrink, only Twilight does, All Four told Wind was that there exists minish and they hid thing in the grass. So I doubt Wind knows of his capability to shrink. I also want to add that in the chapter "A Secret" when they are talking about Wolf from Twilight, Four is curious with a doubious face as he questions Time talk about 'Strange magical items' We know this came out in the whole Twilight getting hurt part, but it still an interesting note to make that he dont trust many magical items that change someone. not sure what we can do with this info, that is just something I noticed going through the doodles.
Him not trusting magical items could also comment with how Vaati got his hands on the cap and everything happened. He knows what that kind of magic can do to someone. Also I think I miss remembered a fan thing as canon, I know that is the only one for sure I messed up with. Sorry!
I know that Jojo says that Four isn't a situation where one of his quarters takes control of the integrated body, but in the latest set of pages We definitely see Four acting in a manner that suggests Blue is the one primarily in control there after learning he could have gotten fairies had he sprinkled magic powder on Bubbles.
Absolutely love the video and the whole series in general! Keep it up. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that at times, the background music is almost as loud as your voice, making it a bit hard to hear for me personally. But other than that the editing is great!
Not sure if you noticed but the golden patterns on the corner sections of his tunic each have the gem stone used to forge the Four Sword hidden in them.
Honestly, this fan Zelda comic's writing is fricken genius!!
Tell me about it! I found this tale back in the summer time and I'm HOOKED. Such an amazing story, full of so much incredible art.

Ooo true! I remember those bonus panels!
This is amazing, keep up the great work!
Glad i got to see this before i had to go to work
Nice! :D
I can’t wait till you do wild! Keep up the good work 😀👍
I wouldnt say Wind knows of his secret as being able to shrink, only Twilight does, All Four told Wind was that there exists minish and they hid thing in the grass.
Sorry!
four's a fun character! i hope when you eventually get to wind (my fav
Yes, I have heard this theory! Tbh I cannot wait until Wind's video, but I gotta get through Twilights first!
I know that Jojo says that Four isn't a situation where one of his quarters takes control of the integrated body, but in the latest set of pages
We definitely see Four acting in a manner that suggests Blue is the one primarily in control there after learning he could have gotten fairies had he sprinkled magic powder on Bubbles.
The colors are all apart of him and he can use each ones personality without being a system, because each one is just pieces of the whole.
@@laceforest6892 I’m aware, but it’s the sheer apoplectic fury he shows that sells it
Absolutely love the video and the whole series in general!
Yes! I did! Totally forgot to put it in the video! Your the first to mention that one! Thanks! :D
@@laceforest6892 Thank you! XD
Always gives you something for the collective follow up video! Hopefully you are taking notes! XD
I love the use of the four colors for the Hero of the Four Links. Although I’m not a fan of his hair style.
His hair is a ref to some of the old paintings, but understandable, the chipped look isn't for everyone
YAYYY I LOVE THESE
Yesss I wanted to learn more abt them!!
Btw the Thumbnail says episode 2 but in the title says episode 3!!
I saw! I fixed it! if you refresh it should be fixed! Thanks!
@@laceforest6892 np!
Btw this video was amazing!! ❤️❤️❤️
@@vanillafandoms Thanks! :D I'm glad you liked it!
Technically, isn’t Shadow Link in Four Swords Adventures a dark representation of Twilight Princess Link according to Hyrule Historia?
I don't think we have that version of the four sword here, Four Swords Lore is confusing....
All I want to say is… genius
the music is a bit loud it overwhelms your voice
Oops! Sorry! I'll try and catch it next time!
Four is four foot four inches tall
LESGO
why did you skip four swords gba. its plot is different from fsa
It'll be in the stuff I missed video!
