Believe me no body cares about you being overweight, and apparently you don't too, if you cared about yourself you would have tried to change yourself, if you care you know you deserve better and being morbidly obese isn't better it is not even good, obesity isn't self love it is wanting and accepting the worse for yourself.
Self acceptance, should enable you to be no longer afraid of what will be said behind your back, or hiding to avoid people's nasty remarks and dersion, accepting your situation should give you the strengh to act, to hit that gym and to change.

Girl! I’m a size 2 in general and these influencer girls still make me feel so insecure!! I’m so basic compared to them because: I do not know how to and lack the confident in hair and makeup. It’s alright to be insecure, you have a positive, cheerful outlook in life that gets me through so many bad days. I watched you when I was unemployed and I got a job after all the rejections and you were able to get me through those bad times. I watch you every morning and you just get my energy up.

Girl, it took me years to stop wearing oversized clothing and more form fitting. I hate oversized rn and feel far more comfortable in things that show my lumps, bumps, tires, and muffin top. I feel more confident this way and it's liberating.
Recently I wore one of my favorite dresses. It's bright green and has pockets (who could resist pockets?) and I went all out on my makeup in bright green and yellow. I had to meet some friends at their hotel and there was a group of old college friends in the lobby and I walked in, head high, outrageous sunglasses and lifted them up to see in the building. I heard the snickers and giggles and I felt like, "Go ahead and laugh bc if rather live in color than beige all my life." I felt great and got hit on 2 separate times throughout that night. It's all about the confidence. DO NOT let it falter bc of how others look.
I am really thin for a kid and everyone says to eat a little but you made me realise that I should be grateful for who I am and not worry about what others think.Thanks Glamzilla you really are a Glamzilla

same thing with me. I never take out full length pictures. and shy away from events. Body shaming is something that one never forgets. Thanks to my wonderful mother and husband that hammered it in to me. I left the husband and distanced my self from my mother and live a great a better life now. If should get into shape mostly for the tummy area...and i can...but i have not. but i should and will but even if not thank you for this. It made me happy and youre brave. I would not dare. But you give me courage...God bless lovely lady.

I looked amazing and didnt know it. I am a size 22 now and though want to be healthy and need to work on it, I also need to enjoy the fact that I have a body that has been with me all this time.

I never felt pretty enough, skinny enough or good enough! Especially on vacations. Or when we would go to the beach and I was not wanting to wear pool material at all! I look back now and I think to myself how I wish I looked like that now and how I looked good in my eyes now! Insecurities will make us not wanna do things!
