Excellent tutorial - I want to know if I can install this faucet in the corner of the wall for an undermount washbasin!
Now try it on a 1st floor bathroom with a UK low pressure system ...this demonstration was replacing a tap in Germany where they have high presure systems.

Have a slight problem. Following full instructions carefully, my fitting leaks. The lower portion under the basin although fully tightened still leave movement and slight gaps from which the water leaks. Looks like the threaded collar does not have enough threads to continue tightening. Any resolution???? Please.

Hi I need your help I can not seat the faucet because I am NOT SURE---do I use the 2 part gasket to go under the trim plate on the countertop? NOTE the 2 part gasket consists of a wood piece and a rubber gasket when I use BOTH I get the proper height when I only use the rubber gasket the trim plate slides----HELP!! ALSO on the drain there are multiple rubber gaskets---does the flat rubber gasket go under the actual pop up drain to keep the drain body from sliding or do they both get installed under the bowl---I am CONFUSED. THX

hello grohe i bought exactly the same waste drainage system in turkey but the problem is my sink is flat there is no expanding tube-like thing and i cannot fix upper set top with botto since it will be too loose how can i fix this case. thanks and best regards. please advise me .

I have a broken supply line connecting to the cold water pipe, can I just buy that to replace it? I found it hard to unscrew it and detract it, not sure if it can be separately remove and replace
