How to Evap delete your B5 S4

What are the benefits of deleting this system?

I’ve heard you get a smell of gas in the cabin after deleting it.
Is this true?

Only after refilling or if the car has been sitting in the sun all day. Nothing that has bothered me yet. You can always leave the charcoal canister in and put the filter on the exit of the canister if you want to prevent any scent of gas!
