I've taken a long hiatus from LOTRO, but I love seeing that new content is still being made for the game. It just made me re-update and hop in. Cheers!
I got myself the ultimate bundle, rolled a high-elf Mariner, and for the first time, valared him to 140, because I've levelled 20+ characters and I just got a burglar to lvl 108, so I couldn't face going through all the early game again. For now, all I can say is I like the class, but I am greatly confused and trying to make sense of everything.
Is this not far more a duelist then a mariner ? Mariner would use spears and swords. I think this is a nice Combat system but i feel they just wanted to make a duelist 😂

Great review! I’ve been taking a hiatus from LOTRO, in the wake of BG3 and other games, but this sounds like it would be a lot of fun to play through.
A well made guide. Thanks.
cant wait for new expansion.

i find it super weird they are not using thier left weapon ever. Looks really stupid. Otherwise the class looks like a lot of fun

Agreed, it feels more like a french musketeer
So they're so lazy that they can't even come up with exclusive skills for this class, they have to borrow from captain
