You should do America's got Talent or whatever your nation is. well what I'm saying is your amazing and keep going forward Because I've never seen Talent Like this it's amazing every music piece is perfect.
How do I say the feelings this song conveys? Saying goodbye. Letting go. Finding closure after a long and painful struggle. Reaching that long awaited peace.
Recently, I was aboard a ship slowly manoeuvring in the Norwegian Fjords. I lay admiring the cascading waterfalls and snow capped peaks when this emotional piece came through my headphones. It took me back to my visit to Pearl Harbour many years ago. I am a seventy year old man and the music brought me to tears thinking why is there so much hatred in the world when we are surrounded by such natural beauty.
I was driving and I felt alone.. the soft meolody brought tears to my eyes. I stopped my car and let it all out. I don't know what I was holding onto inside, but thank you for making this Patrick.
I understand what you're saying man. Those feelings that you don't even don't what they are suddently come to your mind and mess up with you. A good experience though.
I feel you brother. I am an introvert myself and don’t realize how much I hold in until a moment brings it all out. Best advice I can give is surround yourself with things that can regularly allow your heart and mind to express itself even if it’s not verbal (music, different types of meditation, etc.) God Bless!
I first discovered Patrik Pietschmann when I was relatively young- I was 8 years old at the time, and "Avatar" was the first song I ever listened to on RUclips. Back then though, I think my taste in music was still somewhat immature; for some reason, I didn't really start enjoying Hans Zimmer's compositions until around two years later. Before then, I was more into James Horner's style, and was also developing an increasing obsession with Two Steps From Hell (of course I still love them). Now, six years later, I've started going through all of his videos in order, because I had started getting curious what I had missed. And it turns out, a lot. I can't believe I've never listened to this beautiful piece until now. This is an absolute masterpiece of a song and an arrangement. I know I've been leaving comments like this mostly on the newer videos, and that you probably won't be reading this Patrik, but if you are, I sincerely want to thank you for leaving us with so many masterpieces.
This song will always remind me of my father. My birthday is December 7th, which many of you know was the day of Pearl Harbor. One night when I was around 11 or 12, we sat down together and watched the movie. By the end we were both crying, and continuously reminding each other how much we loved the other. I miss those days. This is a wonderful arrangement and you played it well. Thank you for letting me remember one of my greatest memories.
i watched this movie more than a dozen times with my father, after he passed away 2 years ago this music and the movie has a very special place in my heart. makes my cry everytime
Menschen die mit Ihren Händen etwas Wertvolles und so wunderschönes erschaffen können wie z.B. diese Melodie sind wichtiger denn je in unserer heutigen Zeit.
One of the most underrated scores of Hans Zimmer.. As always, loving your pieces.. I honestly listen to your tracks every morning!! They’re so pleasant and soothing!!❤️ Wunderbar!! Dankeschön!!
I have been waiting for this. I went to Hans Zimmer’s concert, and I cried while this song was being played, because I already know I want this at my funeral. Thank you so much for this version of my song, I’m grateful.
God, I've totally forgot this movie, but when I listened the first second of your song, I remembered why I cried when I watched it... You're a goddamn genius, seriously..
I was so excited to see you doing a romantic piece, then I got even more excited when I saw Narnia is next! Absolutely beautiful playing and arrangement.
You may have heard this before, however if the left hand keys could be a different colour that would be great. Makes learning easier. Fantastic job by the way.
Hang on - A minor key at the start ... no key changes ... slow steady tempo ... no arpeggiating... holy crap! This may be the first Pietschmann song i have a chance of playing! Omg! I need to buy this sheet music right now!
This is one of my favorite Hans Zimmer tracks. It is so simple and beautiful. And he's imitated this track himself so many times later in his career XD (Time most notably)
I swear it's like you somehow have a list of my top favorite songs, and are just going the list checking them off each time you do a new video. These are so, so enjoyable.
