It's the same thing with Shinoa and Shinobu, besides that, Shinoa and Shinobu have almost the same hairstyle and hair color, they both wear a kind of "bow" tied behind their heads, and Shinoa has practically the same personality as Shinobu, while Mitsuba gets all blushy and red like Kanroji (Mitsuri).
