Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited we are taking a look at this awesome Destination Travel Trailer! This is the 2023 Keystone Residence 401FLFT. This is an AMAZING RV! Now this isnt your typical travel trailer... They Call it a Destination Trailer Because it is designed to be set and forget.. If you have a lot of land it is ideal! If you plan on traveling all over the country then this wouldnt be the best for you!

I absolutely love the fabric that is on the theater seats and sofa in this park trailer
This is a nice cottage trailer. I dislike the radius shower. Like the bathroom. Don’t like no power plug by the bed in the bedroom. Don’t like the carpet in living and dining room. I like the bedroom, storage the kitchen and the pantry and the furniture. Thank you Matt and Wil!

We like the trailer, but I wish it had more outside storage, and we do not like the shower or the carpet.

It wouldn't last long in Amarillo. The wind would blow it over because it's too tall. Lol!

Where would you park one of these? Rv park , trailor park. Are their many of these in Florida. Not from Florida.
We have the exact same trailer only a 2019. The finishes are different but the layout is the same. Why so many windows in the bedroom??? Why not another wardrobe?? We never open those windows. We have put reflective insulation in between the shades and window to keep it cooler. Not a fan of the mini blinds. We also added reflective window tint on all the windows to help keep it cooler.
Do they ever have a 2 bath model of a park model trailer?

Sorry dude 😎😎 but I don't think 🤔 you can really consider it a bedroom if you can't stand up in it that area and change clothes or do anything else other than hit 🎯 your head 🗣️ if you try to sit 🪑 up, a loft area is not 🚭🚫 a bedroom
Very nice and all that but, 1 bathroom! For a family cottage trailer you need at least 2.
LIKE THE KITCHEN THE LIVING ROOM DON’T LIKE THE MASTER SIZE BED 🛌 IT NEEDS TO BE QUEEN SIZE BED 🛌 NO NIGHTSTANDS FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM THE SHOWER 🚿 THE CARPET THE BLACK FOLD UP STEPS NO POWDER OUTLETS AND NO USB OUTLETS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM THE COOKTOP IT NEEDS FOUR BURNERS
I have to say I'm not loving this one. Kitchen is ok, but everything else seems underwhelming :-( Wah! And what's with that black headboard area in the bedroom...yuk...
