My battle with mental health

Hello , i recently found out that i have been suffering with severe anxiety , this is not a pity video nor is it a cry for help . I thought it would be a good idea to document my journey to beating my anxiety and to try and make more people aware of the different types of mental health issues

Mental health is really misunderstood
