What starts off as any other piano performance to his adoring subjects transforms into a musical battle of survival for King Knight. Can he get the better of his melodic usurper?!
Phew! That title is a *mouthful*, I wish I had more room! The first song featured is "Joustus - Sonatina Della Torre" from King of Cards, which I noticed had some similar themes to "Metal Crusher", from Undertale. Naturally things escalated, with a full blown war across a total of 5 different themes between the two characters.
This song went a few places across its development, including scrapping the initial back half to make what you hear in the finished piece. Such is the creative process! Used a bunch of VSTs on this one, including Shreddage Telos, Shreddage XTC Amp, Korg M1 Legacy, Tyrell N6, and Super Audio Cart.

This is a time I really wish I could animate, as doing a video of these two dueling it out, breaking out the guitars and rocking would have been such a good visual, haha.
