Going around those new wrecks was an intresting thing to do. However a word of advice for any new ppl, if u look at trying to navigate a difficulty 4 or 5 site then i strongly recommend coming up with some sort of tagging/marking system so u know where u have been becouse trying to navigate inside a difficulty 5 wreck is a bloody nightmare. The first lvl 5 site i went into i swear it hade 4 different floors and every single corridor looked the same.
You Can put up "signs", by build "signs" with magnesium, That is the only thing that you are allowed to build in the wrecks. That will help you to not get lost, or use a tons of Flares... 🙂
I find the new wrecks prohibitively hard, since you can't build anything -- e.g. can't build a beacon, so it can be VERY hard to find the portal once you've investigated the wreck. Maybe they'll change that part.
As Shiftry87 said in their comment, you may just have to look for landmarks that can help you navigate. I think it's doubtful they'll allow building in the random wreck areas since you are meant to move on to another spot. May not be the cleanest code to have your constructions removed when you close a portal. Then again, they might find an easy way to do that and add it.

I found today the "rainbow" cave where u can find the materials for the wrecks 😅

1. can you build in the new area ?
2.if you put down your rover can you retrive it at you base on the main map ?

I was a bit disappointed that you can't find any (new) flora or fauna that you can take with you.
