Kefou Kefak I bet this show wouldn’t be allowed to even air in today’s snowflake generation who can’t take a joke. That’s why the quality of tv shows have dropped. Comedy shows aren’t even funny they’re trash.
Ironic relationship between James Avery and Sherman Hemsley: They appeared on each other's shows. Avery appeared on Jeffersons and Amen and Hemsley here. And they died one year apart from each other too. Maybe they were good friends.
Idk if they were good friends, but they definitely worked well together. At least to keep up a working relationship for nearly 30 years, they must have been pretty cordial.
I didn't think it was funny at all. Will's idiotic play acting was fine at home. They were at a press conference for Phil's biggest opportunity that he worked all his life for.. And Will cared more about that stupid basketball game.. Could you imagine an idiot kid coming to your biggest interview and acting a fool, after you've pleaded with them no too. I would've sent his A back to Philly. He was so hurt that Jazz hurt him, but could care less that he hurt Uncle Phil after all he'd done for him. At least in seasons 4 and on he started to really mature. Not once did he apologize to Uncle Phil for it. As soon as they got home WIll whined about Jazz.
When letting someone burrow your car your taking a big risk. If I let someone burrow my car and they were getting tickets and I got arrested for there foolishness, he can kiss the friendship good bye and I will kick his ass so badly to a bloody pulp!! TRUST ME!!!!
If I had a friend/family member like Carlton. I would beat the shit out of him. Carlton always does dumb actions on the wrong time that’s where my rage limit is.
will gets arrested but finds out it was jazz who got all the parking tickets etc when he borrowed will's car. later when uncle phil loses and goes to congratulate robertson, he (robertson) mocks uncle phil and will retaliates by saying he wishes he'd just "drop dead", which he does a few moments later and will blames himself or w/e. uncle phil therefore gets the job as judge.
Jazz made mistakes but he tried. He tried to apologize to Phil and Vi.. Will never apologized for all the crap he did. He blamed it all on Jazz. When Jazz apologized Uncle Phil was moved that Jazz tried and for the first time he thanked Jazz. And Will cost Phil the judgeship in the first place.. Not Jazz.
Will! Put that thing away, you're embarrassing Uncle Phil, Will is watching football & shouting by disrupting Uncle Phil's speech; but then, Will gets arrested for a series of unpaid parking tickets, because of Jazz, who borrowed Will's car and kept parking in any type of 'no parking' zones & parking where we wasn't supposed to park, that was how he got those $2,000 worth of parking tickets.
To pass yourself off as someone else to avoid arrest you should always make sure no one around knows who you are but the officer can still ask to see your ID
Actually it look like some people in Canada do get arrested for parking tickets but only in extreme cases. Not sure about traffic tickets. Where I live a court appearance isn't mandatory and I have had outstanding fines but never arrested.
The other judge probably made it happen just to embarrass Uncle Phil. Even if the arrest gets bounced later, the damage was already done at the press conference.
Will is like me, always trying to follow the NFL. However, I don't lend my car to my friend who accrues parking tickets and gets my uncle's campaign tarnished.
Lady at 2:20 has on Vivian's outfit. Did the costume designer thing that we wouldn't notice. Look at the episode when they celebrate Vivian's 40th birthday.
I find it sarcastic that he pretended to be a Muslim NOT to get arrested while nowadays if he did the same thing he would get arrested and charged and probably treated like shit.... The power of media 👌🏻
It wasn't great timing, it was intentional. Judge Carl Robertson arranged it. He thought news about a family member of Uncle Phil being arrested would be bad for the campaign.
A total contrast from the episode where Phillip runs against Carl, for judge. In that particular episode, Carl tells Will that when he and his wife split, he got the car, the house, the money, the boat, and she got the kids. But in this episode, Phillip said Carl had no kids. I think SOMEONE made a huge character error.
Will got arrested for to many parking tickets. But the tickets were caused by Jazz from when Jazz was driving Will's car
So basically, he got arrested for Jazz's fowl play?
+jediskunk67 pfft here in Canada people aren't arrested for unpaid parking tickets.
I smell Jazz being thrown out.
No, in Canada, people are arrested for expressing their religious beliefs.
No, we are't. In fact we let religious beliefs get expressed too much.
