Today I’m talking about the essential items to have in your wardrobe if you are petite, like me.
For reference, I am 5’2”. I am usually a size UK 8-10/EU 36-38/US 4-6/small.

I love Boden for petite sizing! I stay away from most of their patterned items - they do good quality items in neutral colours as well as brighter colours. Their jackets are well fitting and great quality - I just wish they did more of their statement jackets in petite sizing.
Me + Em don't do petites, and are spendy, but their attention to detail is second to none. Their trousers are made so that you can shorten (or lengthen) a lot of them, with an adjustable waistband. Their jackets are often made with a deep cuff, I have one that I turn the cuffed back and it looks as though it's supposed to be like that. They have a section for petites which showcases the items they believe are versatile enough to be worn by those of us who are vertically challenged.

I am 147 cm tall and get most of my clothes altered.
Hi Trish, really like your channel but I’m not sure the high-waisted jeans actually work. They seem to cut you off in the middle when combined with the cropped top. I’m on the shorter side too and I’ve always had issues with high-waisted pants since they are too short in the crotch (camel-toe!) and then seem to come up to just under my bust, which makes my curvy shape look round all over. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you!
I’d love to order that trench coat, but the link seems to not be correct. I’m also petite and so many coats just overwhelm me.
It's from Massimo Dutti and sadly long sold out! But I've found a really good similar one from Mango here c.klarna.com/al/9pFz/ . Trick is to make sure the shoulder seams align with your natural shoulders (no dropped hems), and that way the coat will look less overwhelming and like it fits you perfectly. Thanks for watching!

I am long boddied with short legs. I think cropped trousers just do not look good on cropped legs. Putting your black ones with black boots helped but there was still another horizontal line distracting me.
