High Throughput Powder Dispensing (Flux Weighing) System

This High Throughput Powder Dispensing (Flux Weighing) system accurately dispenses and weighs powder into small paper cups for a global precious metals processing company. Capable of processing 1000 pots, this high-throughput system rapidly increases the speed and accuracy of the powder weighing process. The system has two powder hoppers, each with a capacity of 30kg, and a stacker trolley with numerous trays for loading into the stacker. Once the system is loaded with empty cups, the highly reliable and robust process can be left overnight to fill all the vessels with the precise amounts of material.
