    I was at Gilbert’s birthday party in 2007 in Washington DC. That’s the greatest birthday party in a club of all time. I mean it, no 🧢.. that shit was like an awards show.. RUclips Gilbert’s birthday party. There was like 5000 people there. It was ridiculous.

    That advice that Gil got from the rich business man applies to when you have baby mamas and pay child support as well. Never let them know when you getting raises bc they’re going to want more and more, but just make sure that when you’re getting those raises you continue to handle your business as well.

      That why most folks hate rich people, gluttony, greed, it’s why the country is so divided, have and have nots.
      Take that advice and toss it in the toilet where it belongs, your employees are the backbone of the business you own, unless you want to spend your life looking for good employees. (which we can all honestly say if VERY DIFFICULT in today’s market) Treat your employees like family and they will never leave. Treat them like a number, you will get just that, basic, uninspiring employees who will not think twice about helping themselves to your extras or products.
