One thing that made me like Em was the fact that I could follow and understand what he's saying even though english is only my third language. Every word is pronounced crisp.
Yup. Couple of languages here as well English not my first. But I learned English almost to perfection because of Em since 99. I still am learning and I still catch doubles after listening to an Eminem track a thousand times. He’s perfection, the way he dips in and out of the metaphors.

Eminem said the reason they didnt do a more lyrical track together is because Em got the Kendrick feature towards the end of making the album and Em said he felt he already had enough rappity rap on the album by that time.

There aren't enough reactions to this song... It's another one of those that was poorly received but it's such great story telling from both Kendrick and Em. Even if it's not what people wanted from a collab between them
I think it's the hook that throws people off what they expect and it's jarring. But this immediately became one of my favorites on this release. I am biased as I'm a fan of both Kendrick and Em. I totally agree there's not enough reactions to this.
Unpopular opinion: Kendrick's verse is the best on this track. *hides from flying rocks* EDIT: Ems 2nd verse is objectively the more technical verse but for some reason Kendricks verse I just like the best. Maybe cuz it was my first time ever hearing him and it blew me the fuck away

Honestly Hip Hop/Rap is more about lyrics than anything. But people like what they like. That's why we got so many mumble rappers making so much success.
My first time hearing Kdot was Lil Wayne - Monalisa and I thought 💭"This dude is crazy 😧" his verse was so fucking fire 🔥🔥 but at the same time, I can't say his verse was better than Lil Wayne's
Kendrick Lamar talked about how this song happened he came in to do the hook eminem like it and asked if he could do a verse he said yeah eminem just to see if he was like that kicked everyone out including himself and he had to write with no help

Not sure if anyone has said this yet but the best part about this song is when em brought Kendrick in he thought he was just doing the hook. When he recorded it em asked if he wanted a verse and made everyone leave the studio. He wanted to see is Kendrick was using ghosts.
I truly love this song. It's musically so freaking crazy all over and crazy. Just makes me smile when I listen to it
All the doubles in this is insane and always over looked (even the Kendrick) spending on me like a Ferris wheel” but sounds like spinning” shit could slide right past you but em murdered this shit

I love your reactions Cliff, but I have to say. The way you upload is not my favorite. I wouldn't normally comment about something like this, but I actually think you are hurting yourself. I don't know a lot about RUclips, but I have heard the algorithm doesn't push your content as much if you upload too much in one day or too close together. I see other reactors who aren't as good as you (just my opinion) getting 10x the views you get per reaction to the same content. The only difference is your upload style. Please don't take this comment the wrong way. It's all out of love for you and wanting to see you succeed.
What would be the style in which I should upload then if you were me? I used to do 15 videos a day and got to 100k subs in 6 months. I listened to everyone and slowed down and my numbers fell dramatically. If I upload more or less, the views are still the same. My channel isn’t clean so RUclips doesn’t like me, it’s called being de-amplified.
But I’m honestly curious as to how many videos you think I should upload a day? I upload 2 above the 3 notification limit per 24 hours.
What would you do?
@@CliffBeatsOfficial I think it's possible the algorithm has changed since that time. People find metas and take advantage(not saying you were) and RUclips changes the algorithm to negate that from happening.
If you want to put out 15 videos a day then by all means. Maybe spread them out throughout the day. If you are uploading videos from all around the world try and cater to each time zone.
I don't mind that you upload a lot, it's just that they all drop at once and unless I watch them all back to back I don't see some of them. I have to remember to search your channel back up later to see the rest.
I would do some market research and see what seems to be working right now. It might be good to do this every 6 months or so to make sure you are keeping up with the current meta of uploading. RUclips doesn't put out a playbook on best practices, but you can kind of see for yourself if you look around at other channels.

@@CliffBeatsOfficialthe quick interesting thing is you max out sub notifications after 3 uploads per day. There’s a lot of discussion about how uploading more than a video a day can be detrimental but it’s sadly very varied based on niches. Gaming for example having 3+ hrs once vs 3 a day from livestreams for example. But definitely spreading them out is a common theme for doing is if you do. Some say target when people have time. Mornings. Lunch breaks. Post work/dinner times. Honestly it might be something you need to analyze and test with ur own channel data a bit more. Both seeing if there’s any correlations via the times you posted or quantity aligned to watch time and then secondly subs and % of views via not subbed. As the watch time is the thing the algorithm will pick up and that would mean more people to possibly sub vs the ones that already do. Honestly that’s only if you really care and like data and analytics. The minimum though would just be separating ur videos out via a somehow data based understanding of the times a day people watch or have time to open RUclips.
The main things is consistency and exception setting. RUclipsrs will see similar sub growth switching up if they set expectations and habits for times a day and how often you post. There’s a reward system. It’s kinda like how you know a place has happy hour you and ur coworkers go to, if they changed the happy hour or the amount of hours every day people wouldnt remember or show up to it without having to keep checking and hoping they see when and if it might or when it works rather than knowing it. They would have to be lucky to see the post or be already dedicated to the habit of checking and adapting their habits to your changing ones daily. You just gotta say “this is what ima try out” and stick to it long enough more than having perfect times and schedules and amounts per day. But definitely space them out and know after 3 it won’t send out the post notifications! Really love ur channel just wanted to share some of the things as I tend to love this topic and you seemed genuinely curious!
Interesting fact about this song that i read. Kendrick was originally brought in to just do the hook. But Em had an other idea which was to lock Kendrick in a room without his posse and phone to prove he could write his own shit. And of course, kendrick killed it!

i will be honest, this wasnt one of my favs in that album.... it was good, but after this video, i respect it more, i just took it as Em having fun, and not even trying ...that is what is great tho, appreciating the art form, Em knew it was good to make the album, didnt know it was a dbl entendre
It was a creative way for them to make their collab debut & show respect for each other by not making it 1 of those "he murdered him... yada Yada yada.."
Instead they made a very layered double meaning track that most still haven't caught on to the complexity and it took yrs for a lot of others
