I recently purchased my 2013 premium with 36k miles for 64k plus taxes and dealer fees. I live in the midsouth region. It's worth every dollar to me! I'm a big fan of the moto man. Keep em coming.
2013 GTR premium. 19,000 miles. bought it summer 2015 in new jersey. 72,000 plus tax and delivery to my house. declined all that extended warranty and other finance garbage. close to 80k total when all was done.
I bought my 2014 GTR with 720 miles in the end of 2013 for 87K after the original lady owner decided it was too much for her to handle. The best and most reliable car I've ever owned. I live in Las Vegas where it is easy to reach 150+ mph in the outskirts of town. I love how you are positive and knowledgeable about GTRs and most supercars in general.
What a nice spec. Silver grey wheels and nice red int. goes like very well, firs time I actually find Godzilla attractive on the looks department. Better then before.
Love my GTR, (bought last fall 2016 with 19k miles, hailing from NJ, paid 70k with 25k in modifications imported in from Japan) and sadly the evolution process is for sure slow being on the 8th year mark... Wished they updated the DCT trans, added more cooling capacity for us track guys (though modifications can resolve much of it) and not target the car solely as of late on the cushy comfort elements, granted Nissan has to make a profit. But hopefully the R36 will not only be lighter but well updated throughout to match the current and future requirements. Luckily the current GTR (CBA and DBA platform) is unique enough design wise to definitely stick out despite the age factor. But as a tuner's car this is seriously one of the last great ones from my home country =) as the R36 for sure will be hybrid powered and leaves a lot less options to really have fun building and developing the car for the enthusiasts. Days have evolved significantly, good and bad from the Supra, Rx7 and NSX days. Keep up the great work Motoman, one of the best car channels here!!!
Your spot on regarding Portland! Sad too...I recall the times of "dragging" Broadway and 5th! Then, on any given weekend you saw all the cool cars! Loud, full length headers with flow master or burnt out glass packs! Still, the light to light drags were the ultimate respect for the cars of the days! But today? What a sad sight to see for any car person! BTW the GTR? Gonna pass...
Cool review, informative as always! Make sure to give your co-host a nice head and neck massage and treat him with his favorite dinner for his much appreciated appearance, mans' best friend!
I paid $82.5K for my 2015 when I bought it brand new in March 2015. It was cheaper to buy it new with the rebates they had then to buy a used one. I bought it from a dealer in Phoenix, Arizona.
I love to waking up to a new episode! My neighbor had a grey market C series. (I always wanted a car with forward mirrors growing up..but I digress.) I not the biggest fan of extravagant use of the color red, especially when it washes out the color of the red in your shirt when inside the car. But at that price point , garish is the name of the game. Overall the car looks like an angry Budgie: fat body, little head. But it's still better than looking than the 458
Hope anyone doesn't have a heart attack...Australia...2017 GTR...15,000 kms (9k Miles) paid $210,000Aud so $146,000USD. (In 2024) New in Aus it was 204k AUD so zero depreciation
This man has an interesting style. Plaid shirt that are tucked into his jeans, with red hipster shoes. It’s like he really wants to be cool but just doesn’t know how.
There was a glitch in the RUclips scheduling system. That should not have been released on Friday. That is Tuesday's episode . . . So mums the word until then . . .
Can't complain about LA traffic then complain about trying to alleviate said problem by making LA a more friendlier place for bicyclists, pedestrians & alt. transportation considering this gen. isn't driving as much as the previous.
I am sorry to say this why don't nissan come out with more horse power and foot pound of torque but a bloody heavy car again no wonder the Porsche 911 turbo s and the Porsche 911 cabro even the turbo beat this new gtr we have to honest hear i am not that impressed with the gtr i would rather take the Porsche 911 turbo s and the new Porsche gt2 2018 and why gtr and nismo and n attack weight is 1740 to 1720kg doesn't make any sense keep the weigjt down man whats wrong with the Nissan engineers sorry but thats my opinion of the new gtr nice video but gtr is not all that to me
Carlton Slaine I own a Gtr 2017 , 991 Turbo S , Gt3 , Gt2 Rs You can't compare these cars but I can honestly say in wet / winter conditions the Gtr runs rings around all of them, it's also a far better daily driver , that said the porsches are more fun on track , all my cars are totally standard and wouldn't be without any of them , if I had to choose any two cars it would be the Gtr and Gt3
Bought my 2010 gtr in 2012 for $66,000 with 16,000 miles. Been flawless ever since. The car has 700 hp today. Best car I've ever owned.
How's it holding up???

All this talk about refining rough edges reminds me of the Viper ... God rest it soul.
As always, excellent work, M!

MotoMan, what brand are those boots on your dog? I want them for my dogs so they don't scratch my interior. Thank you.
I'm thinking about getting its twin soon. A Nissan 350Z or 370Z. I haven't figured out which one yet.
The GTR has finally grown up. Also it's relatively cheap to get it remapped to 650hp :)
Man let the dog be a dog take them things off him guy !!!
