Dear Stephen, thank you for your words! We are doing a lot of Biodanza online classes these days and it is always so beautiful to see the other faces, the other moving bodies! We can't reach the intensity we are used to, but the internet offers us a great plan B to survive these times! Sending love to everyone who happens to read this!

Thanks Stephen and Serge. Whenever I need a good example of the soothing prosody Porges refers to, I just need to listen to his voice. He is the perfect example of what he describing.

Thankyou so much Sir Stephen for those really important and insightful inputs on caring for oneself and others, social distancing need not reduce our potential to nurture and care for ourselves and others around us.

Thank you Dr.Porges for bringing such valuable understanding into society. The Polyvagal theory must become mainstream understanding.
It can and will change our society for the better. I encourage any therapist to get the SSP device for yourself and your clients.
Go to the ILS website where you can order the SSP device. Deep changes in our society are necessary. Understanding the Polyvagal theory is the key for therapeutic success and progress.

Same to you dear Stephen...Take care and be safe too.Beautiful to listen to you living in a ‘social distancing’ sphere here in Amsterdam that may move into ‘lockdown’...I am safe and well within these challenging circumstances ...callling forth an inner attunement awareness balancing aloneness and connectedness...what a chance for a shift in consciousness. With love Bhaven

Hi, friends Could I contribute to translate this video into Spanish. In my language, there are few information about PolyVagal Theory or Stephen Porges's work, and I am very interested in order to diffuse this paradigm to the Spanish-speaking people.Cheers

@@sporges1 HI Stee, It's an honor receiving your message. I'm not sure, but the video setup maybe does not allow contributions from users. Anyone could help out this?

@@ActivePause - I have already accurately captioned your video and have an accurately time-coded transcript. Can I send it to you so that you can add it to this video? Will make it more accessible for Deaf and hard of hearing viewers, among others.

I tried to "add translations" and RUclips tells me this video is not option for community contributions to add accurate captions. If you could change that on this video, and all your videos, it would allow for more accurate English captions/transcripts, and for translation into other languages.

Interesting but to me it sounds like propaganda. I see that you use the word 'connect' which was pretty much earned by mark, and u call tools the basic technologic products which are already being used a lot currently. I would rather focus on the relation with ourselves and start reminding our true habilities like telepathy. Spirituality does can travel through technology, but it's just one mean of transport. I think most of us reading this know where is ot that it all starts.
