Samurai Western for the Sony PS2 / PlayStation 2 emulation gameplay on the Google Pixel 7 (not the Pro model) Android phone via the AetherSX2 emulator (Native Version 1.4-3060).

I decided to upgrade to a Google Pixel 7 and figured I would see how well it handles video game emulation. For PS2 games, I am testing them first at 2x resolution, which actually looks really nice and crisp on the phone's display.
I am using a PS4 controller connected via Bluetooth with this emulator.
I am using the phone's built-in video screen recorder. Note that it can have a small impact on performance, so if a game appears slightly jerky but the FPS remains solid, it typically plays smooth as butter on the phone when not recording.

I left most of the AetherSX2 emulator settings at their defaults, but here are some settings to note:

- Emulation Screen Orientation: Sensor Based

- GPU Renderer: Vulkan
- Upscale Multipler: 2x Native
- Everything else was unchanged

This Atlus PS2 game runs mostly at full speed on my Pixel 7 via AetherSX2 and 2x resolution, but every now and then the fps dips for a little bit before returning back to full speed. Very playable, and a pretty fun game to boot. More Pixel 7 emulation videos to come!
