    I've permanently made the switch to DJI. Hacking a gopro is like trying to polish a turd with sandblaster.

    I think the 1,600 max ISO in the LABS default is just a limit that can still be changed on the camera itself. I left it at 1,600 when generating the QR code for the sake of flexibility but keep it at 400. It really limits me in lower light situations (45-degree shutter angle and 100-400 ISO range isn’t much for the camera to work with) but has really improved my footage in good light.
    I haven’t played with the other LABS settings yet. I’ll have to do that. Thanks for the vid.

    That’s 120Mb(bits)ps, not MB(Bytes)ps.

    • @PwningGerZ
      @PwningGerZ 10 месяцев назад +1

      And in the 12 even when you can increase the Mbps it will record on VBR(variable bit rate) unlike the former Gopros which will record in CBR(constant bit rate) so it will be better than the 12.

    So, I followed the steps and it automatically changed all my settings, I have the hero black 7. If I change my settings back to the ones I use, will it reset the ones I downloaded from labs? Or can I actually switch my settings back with no repercussions? And also, If I changed the settings do I have to go back to Labs in order to get those settings again?

    Great video. Will 8:7 use more of the sensor than 16:9? Also how do you go about color gradeing when setting LOGB to 400?

    • @PrimVB

      I just use Cinema Grade in Premiere Pro to speed up colour grading. Seems to work as shown in this video

    But what if I want to shoot everything at 60fps or 120fps and watch natively at 60fps or 120fps because I don't believe in the made up "soap opera" bs that people who are stuck in the old ways say.
