    I’d suggest making the todo list before starting to wind down. If you make the todo just before getting into bed that makes your brain kinda active and anxious about upcoming tasks. Id also recommend guided meditation.

    I would set a sleep schedule on your phone (super easy on settings under focus). You can choose what notifications or apps you want and it’s the best. Also peppermint tea before bed, magnesium, and essential oils is my trifecta for going to sleep!

    hi emma! as someone who has such a hard time falling asleep at night and is not able to take melatonin often, I completely understand the struggle. usually what helps me fall asleep at night is sleepy time tea or staying off of my devices at least an hour before bed! hopefully these suggestions help you!

    try listening to a guided sleep meditation when u go to sleep. That really helped me and now I can get to sleep a lot easier

    Do you have a Amazon store front? Also highly recommend buying a pool noodle cutting it and putting them inside ur cowboy boots! Loved the video

    Taking melatonin & CBD an hour before the time you'd like to fall asleep, and taking magnesium bisglycinate 30 mins before the time you'd like to fall asleep really helps me! Do this and then read, you should doze right off to sleep :)
