A special counsel report released Thursday found evidence that President Joe Biden willfully retained and shared highly classified information when he was a private citizen, including about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, but concluded that criminal charges were not warranted.
The report from special counsel Robert Hur resolves a criminal investigation that had shadowed Biden's presidency for the last year. But its bitingly critical assessment of his handling of sensitive government records and unflattering characterizations of his memory will spark fresh questions about his competency and age that cut at voters’ most deep-seated concerns about his candidacy for re-election.

Good point Gina. Hur had no authority to decide guilt or innocence and drop charges due to mental deficiencies. He should have indicted Biden on the crimes, then a judge could have a medical expert examine his cognition, and offer him a deal to go to a mental hospital or nursing home to avoid charges. My brother committed a crime 30 years ago, and was mentally ill. The judge ordered him to a mental hospital where he stayed for 20 years. They had a hold on him, so that if he ever recovered from his schizophrenia, they could still prosecute him. He never recovered, so the court declared him not guilty by reason of insanity. It's amazing how different the common person is treated that commits a crime.

Did you know the JB Administration under the Refugee Act of 1980 sets the cap on annual refugee intake? The United States only has to take in 62,500 a year if JB enforced this but no we have 8.9 million and counting coming into the US. The Biden Administration change the cap that Trump set from 19,500 to 62,500. Also, under Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA)...the border agents can remove undocumented illegal immigrants immediately from the US. Just like in the Wizard of Oz...JB had the power all along. Taxpayers paid $151 billion in 2022 and over $300 billion in 2023 to take care of illegal immigrants. 32 states have a population ranging from 500,000-8 million. Just think if Biden give mass amnesty so these people can vote in November.
