You made the right decision to move here in the Philippines and create content about our country. Filipinos want an authentic blogger whose aim is simply not to gain subscribers but to truly immerse himself in the culture and promote it to the world. I had a great time last week in London and Edinburgh, and your country is fantastic. I wish i have the time to blog about it but it takes dedication to create and maintain a channel. BGC used to be a part of a huge military base that got converted. It's also a Central Business District like Makati but the difference lies in the development of the area lies on the philosophy of making it green and breathable (that's why buildings are generally detached from each other. Other places with the same concept, you'll find in Rockwell, Makati, the areas around MOA, Northport near the Terminal 3 Airport and , under development, Clark Pampanga. It's high end and 1 bedroom condos cost anywhere from 25 to 30k per month to rent.

Hi Mergim, I am an OFW but in 1990's I remember visiting towns (Kalibo to Roxas municipalities) near Boracay island. The striking feature I cannot forget was the prevalence of well preserved old buildings dating back to WW2 that is still being used. And what is more they have lots of old cars from the past still running (Bat mobile-like!). It was like being transported back in time. So if ever you plan to see Boracay better have contingency plan to visit nearby towns, But of coarse that was then, I hope your viewers could give us both some clues if those places have changed beyond recognition! Don't give too much emphasis on the number of subscribers, analytics, or what not. Just enjoy yourself and immerse more on the locals, the food, and the different culture all throughout the country. You may or may not encounter some tricks or dangers or being scammed but it will just become part of the journey. We Filipinos just want people who come here to enjoy their stay and instill wonderful memories to last a lifetime. I hope you will just focus more on learning to enjoy our country, create friends with the locals, taste delicious delicacies, create memories, and be be happy with your entire stay until you decided to move forward with your adventure to another country. The real action is in the rural areas. I hope we can see you get deeper connection with us. Whether you produce quality or not so good quality videos, we would love to see you enjoy and having fun with what we have here in the country. We don't have much to offer nor not much places to go to, but that much can be enough if you can just immerse yourself and enjoy your life while you are here. And yes, we are aware that most people come here to gain more views and increase analytics so don't mind them. What matters most is that you come here to do that as well as to enjoy our country. We are picky viewers so just enjoy because when we see you enjoying here then we are very much happy to watch you. Let loose and enjoy the Philippines. I see very few vloggers who are too blunt about how important fulltime vlogging and analytics and rant about how others are getting more views compared to them, and somehow it is just toxicity in another level. Look around, fulltime vloggers started as entertainers, enjoying themselves and sharing their adventures through youtube and thats how they get more views. I see no point that you are just showing us around as if you are a tour guide. Again, let loose and enjoy yourself and show us that you actually do so that we can see that you are committed and loving the things that you are doing. And keep your intentions about anayltics and stuff to yourself.
